So Mueller and Sessions held on to the conclusions until after the election to help democrats whose only platform was "we must stop trump the russian spy."

amazing how the fuck_tards want democrats in charge of congress in the name of defending the 2nd amendment.

Seriously, these same tactics are being used even though pretty much even they know this was a false flag, soft coup investigation...……..WHY???

I think it is to keep the democrats and nevertrumpers focused on 2020 and showing up to remove anything Trump from our political system.

There can be no other conclusion IMHO because this Russian collusion was shown to be a total hoax.

I'm finding it hard to believe that lots of people hate Trump because of the Russia investigation, and then fail to list "The Russia Investigation" as a top issue when they voted in 2018.
I think it was probably a contributing factor in how many people even voted in the first place...…...it added to the hatred and provided more incentive IMHO.

Can I prove this...…….no.

But the same tactics are continuing to be used and no admitting of this being a soft coup, based on false evidence, no apology for getting it so wrong, or wrong at all for that matter...……...all lead me to believe these tactics are used for a reason...…….to bolster their chances in 2020 and keeping the democrats and nevertrumpers on board for the same purpose of removing anything Trump from political office.
I've been told if you can't quantify something then the effect must be zero.

Sorry your theory lost.

"The Mueller investigation caused the GOP to get their asses kicked in the midterms" should have some empirical data to back it up.

Someone go find it.

It certainly must have had an effect...…….I assume we can all agree on that?

Otherwise why are the same people doubling down and not admitting this was a witch hunt, soft coup attempt right from the very start?

Mueller and his team of 19 democrat investigators (Weissman included) all say there was no collusion or obstruction of justice indictments forthcoming.

So why double down if not for political reasons?

Show me the exit polling.

Best I've seen shows Democrat voters were more concerned about traditional issues like health care and the economy over the Russia investigation by a substantial margin.

Some of the polls you linked to show that as much as 60 percent of the democrats voting were doing so as a referendum on Trump.

You and I both know the soft coup attempt had to play a role.

How much, I cannot say but the same players are doubling down on the same message even though Mueller and his team said no collusion and no obstruction indictments...…...why do that if not for political reasons?

I’m just saying, if that were my agenda, I would keep using the word “attempted” over and over because it pushes the narrative that it impacted the election when there is, literally, no evidence it did. What works better for me - the assumption of results or the lack of proof of results?
How about your start with the assumption that people here are making arguments in good faith about things they believe in - instead of assuming an "agenda" with zero evidence to support it?
Haha. I would submit posting history as a body of evidence, particularly when certain posts go against proven fact and only serve to 1) prove delusion or 2) support an agenda of trolling, but touché.

If you're trying to say that there appears to be a delta between what the media thought was super important leading into the midterms (the Russia investigation) verses what the average voter thought was important (health care, economy, immigration) - then I'd generally agree with you.

Health care was a huge issue for many voters - which is why it appears to be pants-on-fire retarded that Trump wants to touch that particular stove again.

After being kicked in the ass by the facts once again, and after a pathetic and laughably lame attempt to repackage the Mueller Nothing Burger and after the witch hunt came up snake eyes, sell it as some sort of successful indictment of The President, look who's returned as cocksure and pedantic as ever.

Sponge...you know socialism/communism could only work if you jail/silence the truth purveyors. The one man disparaging socialism the most is Donald J. Trump.

Naturally if the man that is bad-mouthing your system of beliefs(open borders, socialized medicine, tax the rich and free college) and a tenet of those beliefs is a police state government then you are highly influenced and emboldened by the FBI and DOJ going after the orange bad man. That showed in the midterms.

I seriously have no idea why you're now talking about socialism...

The GOP got their asses kicked in the midterms because their popularity fucking tanked with suburban / exurban voters.

Having the top of your ticket held by some guy that's only popular with the "over 55 white male with no college degree" crowd is going to crush you outside of the reddest of red districts.  Which is exactly what we saw in 2018.

Health care was a huge issue for many voters - which is why it appears to be pants-on-fire retarded that Trump wants to touch that particular stove again.
Sponge...you know socialism/communism could only work if you jail/silence the truth purveyors. The one man disparaging socialism the most is Donald J. Trump.

Naturally if the man that is bad-mouthing your system of beliefs(open borders, socialized medicine and free college) and a tenet of those beliefs is a police state government then you are highly influenced and emboldened by the FBI and DOJ going after the orange bad man. That showed in the midterms.
They should love the fact that Trump is bussing all the illegal border jumpers to middle America and setting them free.
They should love the fact that Trump wants socialized medical.

Do you?
They should love the fact that they didn't vote for Trump or republicans. Why didn't they?

The GOP got their asses kicked in the midterms because their popularity fucking tanked with suburban / exurban voters.

Having the top of your ticket held by some guy that's only popular with the "over 55 white male with no college degree" crowd is going to crush you outside of the reddest of red districts.  Which is exactly what we saw in 2018.

Show me the exit polling.

Best I've seen shows Democrat voters were more concerned about traditional issues like health care and the economy over the Russia investigation by a substantial margin.
"Democrat voters were more concerned over traditional issues"

Hahaha democrat voters had no idea what the fake news media had been reporting on for the past two years....is that what you're telling us?

No doubt they wanted socialism and higher taxes....but they also wanted Trump indicted, impeached and thrown in jail.
If you're trying to say that there appears to be a delta between what the media thought was super important leading into the midterms (the Russia investigation) verses what the average voter thought was important (health care, economy, immigration) - then I'd generally agree with you.

Had nothing to do with policy.

We'd probably have to quibble on "proven fact".

The media does a good job of confusing the electorate about Trump and his policies and promoting Democrat policies flawlessly....that's what they do.

Exit polling will certainly show that the media did its job for the 2018 midterms.

Compare that exit polling with 2016.

Click bait fake news on Facebook is not an "attack".

No voting machines were compromised, even though 60% of Dems believe that today. Reminds me of how people still believed Saddam coordinated with OBL in the 911 attacks even years after that was verified bunk. So no attack.

Podesta is private individual who fell for a phishing scam. Fuck him. Not an attack.

The DNC never turned over the servers to the FBI, so how knows what happened there. My money is on Seth Rich, but who knows? Still, they are private org, not my problem if they don't know to secure they're shit.

Offering to supply to dirt to undermine a presidential candidate (HRC)? Not only not an attack, not even illegal! Oh and that is the story of the Trump Dossier, so...be careful how far you want to run with that one.
