Quoted: Lol FedEx drops off my medication on my porch and leaves. Signature required, temperature controlled, $13,400 per package. And they lost the last one View Quote Fedex delivered my original made in 1864 Burnside Carbine to a residence when it was supposed to to go one of their location for pick up. Total clusterfuck. A 156 yr old antique firearm from the ACW misdelivered. |

Vagina or BS
Why would you not report a theft on your property? |

The clerk at HD and 4 others just got free drills. Those were wrote off the moment you contacted them.

Probably good you let them go. Wasn’t it OJ that finally got pinched because he stopped a guy who was stealing from him saying, you can’t leave the room. While I’m certain I’d like to held them til police arrived, in today’s climate where criminals are celebrated, you’d be the villain.

So criminal organization knows your name, address and you threatened their mule who is probably illegal. You know that isn’t her car. Someone stole your info and this is what they did with it. Did you get the plate number

Damn way to go OP. People are fucking scumbags. You should have made her stand there with her hands up.

You almost had her? You never had her. You never had your rifle. Bolt batch testing, no black o-ring insert like it should. You're lucky the unstaked gas key didn't blow the AR15 bolt carrier! Now me and jefe gotta rip apart the lower, and replace the nut on the commercial receiver extension you didn't stake.

I'm guessing they must've been parked close by and just sat all day waiting for the big brown truck to drive by? They sure got there fast after the delivery. Or I guess they live close and once they got notification of delivery they beat feet to get there?

Should have had one of those spike thingies they put in the road to pop the tires. Or just shot out her tires
HD employee probably took the tools home |

How do they know where the fed ex truck is to start following it?
They just waste a whole day following it out of the hub? |

Quoted: They don't have to. They just wait down the street from the delivery address for the truck to go by. View Quote Gotcha. Figured there’s a possibility they would miss it though say if the truck leaves the road the same way it came in and they’re waiting on other end of road But yeah, if it’s a neighborhood setting then I see how they could just sit close and watch for the truck. But all day doing that? Yikes |

Weak sauce. At least grab the keys out of the ignition and toss them into the brush.

How did they do it? Was your HD account compromised and you saved your credit card?
Sketchy they would show up to your house like that. I imagine they use older women in case of a confrontation. |

Committed a felony (pretty sure >$2000 is grand larceny in every state), while trespassing, which in some states makes the trespassing also a felony. If the package came from out of state, at least 2 more federal felonies, before even getting into the credit card and identity theft felonies. Shame it wasn't USPS, that would be another felony, that would actually be prosecuted. A real shame citizen's arrest isn't much of a thing anymore. OTOH, where I live, if a citizen was holding her at gunpoint the Sheriff's Deputy would show up and arrest her and ask about what ammunition they were carrying that day.
ETA: if you really want to try and get some police interest (and GD hate) you could have done a better job IDing the vehicle, as they can almost certainly seize it as accessory to a crime. Almost certainly not registered to either occupant, and quite likely has either a fraudulent or expired tag. |

We used to do operations in shopping parking lots around the Christmas season, baited cars with electronics and gift wrapped boxes, we’d have spotters on the roofs, and take down teams….the local district attorney wouldn’t take the cases, maybe had something to do with him being a democrat, but if anything else it was always good for a laugh on how his office would go into contortions on why the couldn’t prosecute; how could we show the suspect wasn’t removing the packages as a good deed, safeguarding them so we’d have an issue showing that their intent was to permanently deprive the owner of his property, or would any regular Joe pass up the opportunity to remove a new Xbox from a car, therefor a judge could see it as entrapment, if the gift box is empty and the suspect removes it from the car, it’s really no crime anyway, or it wouldn’t be clear to a jury who the victim was, as the vehicles were loaners from car dealerships, the property donated to police by local merchants, etc., etc, etc.
