Is it wrong to be fat?
Damn. I'll get right on getting fat, then. |

Reformed fatty checking in. Going from fat to fit has easily been both the hardest and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. 10/10 would do again.

Quoted: Quoted: I'm 5'7". As of two days ago I weighed in at 145 pounds. Two years ago I weighed 170. Are you lean or built? I guess lean. I'm 65 now, a couple of years ago I decided to get rid of that 25 pounds that I didn't want. I simply cut back on carbs (no keto) and limited my daily calorie intake to less than what I was burning. I don't really work out, but I hike four miles every other day (sometimes every day). |

6' 210 pounds. Got another 20 to lose as I'm already down 30 pounds in 3 months.
I've been running and cycling roughly 100 miles/month, eating low carb and most days are OMAD before 12pm. Some days I'll throw a 24 hour fast in. |

Some may laugh but I weight what I did in HS and College. Maybe 10 lbs less than I did when I was in the Army and eating 3 squares a day - and that was a long time ago.
Not hard to stay at a healthy weight you just need to stay active and avoid certain food that are very bad for you. |

Quoted: I am fat but losing weight. Down to 275 from 360 or so a few years ago. That said, I also do have a legitimate medical reason instead of ‘igethungryandeatalargepizzaitis.’ End goal is to be 230 or so. Also, I’m in before this gets nuked as a troll thread. View Quote That’s fucking awesome progress. |

I barely work my calves but they are built naturally I suppose and are the opposite of many men’s chicken legs

197 and the dexa scan claims I am around 12% bf at the moment. Purposely shed down from 238 to see how I would look for a future contest. Going to continue dropping the bf percentage and increasing the lean tissue. 210-215 at 10% or less is the goal. Got about 4-5 months to go.

5’7” - 235
I’d say about 10-12 lbs overweight I was 252, but started cutting last week so I’d get ripped It’s paid dividends BIG TIME You might say I’m at the top of my game, and I’d have to agree. My secret slid the omnivegan diet. Every day I get up and have a quick phytoplankton or quinoa based meal. I then excercise for about 20minutes and have another meal, working my way up the food chain, alternating exercise and nutrition. For instance, my second meal has to be primarily based on the premise that phytoplankton or quinoa are consumed by the item I am eating for the next meal. After I’ve worked my way up through at least four steps of the food chain, decisions have to be made. One time I ended up with a situation where it was 4pm, and my next meal had to be based on a bengal tiger. Boxed in as it were. I think that the toughest day was when I ended up having to choose which primate would be eaten. As a matter of convenience and opportunity I did not go to bed hungry that day. You see, this is not a game, it’s a serious diet. One where decisions have consequences. A move too far, too fast can have life altering consequences. |
