10lbs according to BMI chart. Could lose 15 and could stand to put back on 15 of muscle.

So what's the GD go-to for weight gain?
Two pizzas? Three? How many mountain dew two liters? Also, what's the deal with the aspartame weight gain thing - is that real? I mean, should I drink the diet soda if I want to pack it on fast? |

5 ft 9 in 195 lbs.
But I lift bro. If I dropped 10 I'd be shredded. |

Sausage pizza? Stuffed crust for sure.
Should I add extra cheese? Maybe extra sugar? |

I'm paranoid of scratching my 6-pack so I keep a protective layer over it. Don't be a hater bro.
Over the years, my height and weight has stayed the same but I have half the muscle mass from 30yrs ago. |

I'm 6'4" and, as of yesterday morning, 238 pounds. That's down from 266 on March 1st. I'm hoping to hit my goal weight of 210 by October 31st.

I joined when I was 17. #MeToo and I put a bunch of 17 year olds in when I was a recruiter. Never had a parent not sign a PC (parental consent) although a few initially told me they wouldn't. |

It’s not that I’m too young to join, it’s that I’m too indecisive. Say what you mean then. Recruiters will normally let you attend their DEP meetings even if you're not signed up. I normally had 2-3 guests show up to my meetings each month. Many of them ended up joining later on. |

View Quote Oh yeah! Definitely need that empty calorie group. OK, so we're up to three sausage stuffed crust pizzas, two diet mt. dew 2 liters. What else for really rapid weight gain? |

Quoted: 87 pounds overweight. View Quote That ain't no shit. I topped out at 272# when a 25 BMI would have me at 189#. I don't think I've weight 189# since I was four or five inches shorter. Working on that though. Back to intermittent fasting, keeping simple carbs at bay, and despite spending all my free time doing housework making more time for exercise as of late. |

6'3". 225. I weighed 210-215 for most of my life, so I've been creeping up. Part of it is that I'm 63 now, and retired, and I just will not work out for three hours a day any more. I don't have a job where I need to be that fit any longer.
When I was in the best shape of my life, and running 5 miles/3mile alternate days, biking and lifting weights for decades, I was about 215. It's funny now, that I do very little of that anymore and only weigh 225. When it comes to weight, diet seems to matter as much or more than exercise and activity, from what I have learned. I don't eat sugar, I don't eat starches or breads, I don't eat snacks and candy other than salted pecans and almonds. I drink very little to almost no alcohol. I eat a lot of protein and fats. I'm guess I'm on the Keto diet. |

Ive been overweight all my life with a year or 2 at the low end of obese. Years ago.
The extra is all in my gut so in loose shirts I get credit I don't deserve for just being a big guy. Every time I diet somebody around me says 'you're not even fat'. |
