My thoughts too. They did a whole workup on me when I got my policy.

Put a clause in your will specifying that you do not wish to be cremated and make sure somebody other than your wife is aware of this.  I haven't read past the OP, but this is kind of general advice.  I recently had a relative die under suspicious circumstances and his sons had to jump through many legal hurdles to stop his wife from having him cremated right off.
