Quoted: Naw. OP makes up for his small dick by driving an F150. Which he keeps his feet inside of, doesn’t wave at other strangers in F150s, and certainly does not collect children’s toys on his dashboard. Plus his truck actually does “truck stuff”. Crazy, I know……… View Quote Must be a buckeye thang. In these parts we always wave at every else driving by. Except for the interstates. |

Wow, the hate is amazing. Bros, Sisters, if they are not your thing, just let it go, pass it by. Life is way too short to get mad about things like this. Really.

My son in law had a perfectly good jeep with rock crawler tires that he used for getting to sweet trout fishing spots. Now it has stock wheels as my daughter decided it got bad gas mileage after she adopted it as her daily driver and put ducks on the dashboard. His Jeep has ceased to exist. :)

Only 2-door, manual tranny, off-road capable soft top Jeeps since 1997. I'm on my 6th and likely last, a '06 TJ Rubicon.
Don't judge us all by the mean-eyed, neon-lit "bro" Jeeps hauling rubber duck collections. To each their own, but lots of us old heads have been driving Jeeps long before the 4-door made them an acceptable minivan substitute or trending vehicle for Gen Z sorority girls. |

Quoted: We had M151A2s when I got to the 101st as a young FO and as much as folks love the nostalgia of those things, I have very few fond memories. Uncomfortable, shit on road, not great off road, and very little protection against the weather. My 2013 JKR would absolutely destroy that thing off road. I would not trade my JKR for a new M151 or for my old YJ or TJ, as much as I have fond memories of those two. Yeah, it's a rolling computer full of creature comforts, and no, it's not as easy for me to replace things on, but it is a comfy. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: I keep seeing that as an option. No one around me has it installed so i can try it. I'm not real keen on cutting something up without knowing it'll work or not. No cutting required, loosen the seat mounts, insert machined wedges under the front pillars, re-tighten. They just tilt the entire seat backwards which allows more thigh support. The "seat slammers" require cutting, "seat jackers" do not If you are 6'5" and have a 27" inseam you may still have a problem though. |
