Mine would probably be the Lockheed U-2. The SR-71 Blackbird would be a close second.

Piper PA-46 variant.

Simply because if I was able to fly it that meant I lost enough weight to shoe horn myself into the pilots seat.

Probably a Boeing Osprey. Just curious what its like going up and then forward in a tilt-rotor aircraft and then back down vertically.

Those two are hard to chose between

I'm glade you said "fly in" because they are both a bitch to fly.

Both flight manuals are on the internet, and make interesting reading.

The cutest trick the U-2 has is that once it gets back into ground effect, the damned thing doesn't want to land. (it is alleged)

The fighters are all cool, but you expect them to act like fighters. I think it would be a trip to do a tailstand in an empty Dreamliner

If the aircraft is staying in Earth's atmosphere, I would like to fly in a WWII era fighter. Maybe a P-40.

If space travel is an option, I'd like to take a spin in the space ship Rick made out of stuff he found in the garage.
