10 years ago today there was a real shit storm of naders.
I didn't really know the extent until I went for a drive the next day. Absolutely crazy. Huntsville didn't have power for like a week. I remember going to work like 2 days later. I had to use their computers to tell people I was alive. I remember lines for gas. Very long lines and worse than hate chicken. |

No, been putting it off because I don't want to start a new job just before we have the kid, so I've been planning on waiting until then, which should be about when I get my license anyway, since it'll take the state a couple months to process paper work before I can sign up for the licensing exam. Not sure that's the best plan, but I can always work my hvac job until I pick up something, and there are probably literally a hundred RN positions open around here, so I won't have an issue getting a job, it'll just be a matter of whether it's one I really want. |

Why would you laugh at me. Why are you butt hurt.
And I can out shoot you with anything. Now prove I can't. Buddy I've been shooting pistols and revolvers of all calibers for over 50 years. 60 years if you count rifles. Along with more rifles then you have ever held in your hands. Let alone shot. From .22lrs up to and including .458 Win. mags and 416 Rigbys. And the occasional .300 Weatherby mag and 338 Win. Mag. How about a 9.3x62mm. Hell, my .500 S&W mag Handy Rifle would probably put you on your ass. I've shot my S&W 1076 10mm in tactical pistol shoots. And did very well with it. I bought my first Colt Sporter in 1982. Then came an M1A. Then came a FAL made by FN. Many Garands. Just about any military firearm made. Trapdoor Springfields. Sharps rifles. Lever rifles of all makes and calibers. Buddy boy I'm not butt hurt. I'm just telling you like it is. And laughing while I'm doing it. Now just what was your point? |
