Really happy test + hair tonic is regrowing my lost hair. But it’s now at that awkward length that’s too short to put up but long enough that it’s really noticeable. And the humidity makes it do crazy things that are reminiscent of a completely insane cat lady. I could hairspray it into helmet head, but that’s equally awful.

SD, as my medical professional, I have a question for ya
My multivitamin has 11.5 mg of zinc oxide and 122 mg of magnesium oxide. The ZMA supplement I like to take to prevent DOMS and help with sleep has 30 mg of zinc as zinc aspartate and mono-l-methionine. Maximum recommended zinc is 40 mg/day, I'm not really worried about the extra 1.5 mg. But the ZMA has 450 mg of magnesium as magnesium aspartate, and the RDA for my age group is 4201 mg. I know magnesium oxide is poorly absorbed, but would there be a health risk in taking a total of 572 mg between the two? 1 Nice. |
