Quoted: For those that have bought recently, what kind of deals were you able to pull? I see the 4 door Rubi's auto V6's anywhere from right at 60k to 55k dealer price with the usual "contact us for todays or our best price" schtick. What's the average anyone has been able to get them down especially if were walking in with no trade and financing pre approved unless they can beat it before the games start? View Quote Sorry, not a recent buyer. But, if you join "Tread Lightly" it used to be that you could buy a Jeep on the Affiliate Program, which (I think) was like 1% below invoice or some such. Not sure if it still is. I bought my JKUR Hard Rock in January of 2017. It was on the lot and sales were slow. I got about 20% Were I in the market today, I would want to wait until the Bronco is released because if Jeep sales take a hit then they will want to deal more. Typically, it is not easy to get much off of a Wrangler because they sell every one they make. |

Just look at the 4Runner, probably 8” of lift and it’s super top heavy. And it has a solid axle swap. A lightly modified rubicon 4dr would destroy that thing off road. The dude's condescending reply only shows he hasn't a clue about shit I’m just here for the butthurt. BTW...35-37” tires on a Jeep are dumb. The minivan engine can hardly turn them. At least get to the far right land on the highway so we don’t have to stare at your “slut life” and “If you can read this roll me back over” stickers on your bumper as you try to hold 65mph. |

I want a Bronco so bad.
May trade my truck in on one if I begin to feel more stability/confidence in my job. Could easily afford one, but things are kinda sketchy at work right now and I don't want to drop a bunch of cash or sign up for a new car payment at the moment. Also, my truck is more practical.... |

Quoted: The key. I bet less than 25%, hell probably less than 10%, of all the jeeps running around on 35"+ tires have been regeared. The owners griping about fuel mileage, wonky shifting, and loss of accelleration is fun to hear for a while but it becomes a broken record when its the same tune over and over again only made worse when you tell them it can all be corrected for about $1500 but they choose to keep on complaining. View Quote The new Jeeps with the auto don't really have the issues. Gearing could always improve things but not entirely necessary(35, 37) on the JLs. |

As a Gladiator owner I do not like the lack of torque. I chose a manual over the diesel because they don't offer both. I would love to have that 7 spd with a granny gear, and the reverse gear in the Gladiator is WAY too tall for backing a trailer. It's miserable.
Other than that I love the Gladiator knowing every compromise I made getting it. I am also glad Ford is bringing competition because that is good for everyone except Jeep. Things I like: solid front axle manual transmission manual shift transfer case selectable lockers off-road capability looks a bed aftermarket selection comfort infotainment storage compartments Things I don't like: lack of torque 1st and R gearing |

My 1st Jeep. It was free. I put $800 in it and sold it for $1600. It was going to be a money pit from day one. V-8, three speed so it was fun to drive. Attached File My 2nd Jeep. It had the death wobble when I test drove and freaked me out. They fixed it and I bought it. Never did the DW again, but the water pump went out at 50K miles. I just don't trust Jeeps and they always seem to need work, but they are fun to drive. |

There was a thread on the JL forum and some where saying that on the order sheet for 2021’s that unless you got the manual the 3.6 comes with etorque only for the 8 speed. The 2.0 supposedly won’t have etorque at all. I would definitely prefer 3.6 and auto without the etorque so hopefully that was a misunderstanding but it seemed like it was confirmed by some ordering theirs already |
