She really has changed. I watch a show called 911 (great show, by the way, you should check it out) and I didn't even recognize her when she first started. It was one of those ... "Hmm, she is vaguely familiar. Who is that?" moments. I was STUNNED when I realized who she was. I think maybe she had some kind of plastic surgery on her face because it's shocking how different she looks on film.
