Quoted: ASU has a 100% distance learning program where you can get a degree without setting foot on campus. Know somebody who graduated from there that way. View Quote Many colleges still have Covid protocols in place. You can be a full time "local" student and take all your classes online. Zoom doesn't care where you are located. |

Kyle got the vest from the PD, that much was known.
If it was "old stock" or being thrown out or told he could keep it. "iissued" will come up... I kinda expected that. Maybe he got to buy or keep the one.... Small potatoes... he wasn't wearing it when he was on the ground and gave it away. |

Quoted: I'm still curious how Gage came up with the malfunction story. I know people here were claiming Kyle had a malfunction at the time based upon the video. Is it possible he read about it on the internet and decided to run with that? View Quote Who knows what goes on in his lying head? I hope it is the horror of his bicep exploding over and over. |

Quoted: Quoted: Anybody who wants a national divorce better be prepared to have China, Russia and whoever else the left coast can pimp itself out to having troops in continental North America. You ok with that? Lol. That's retarded. Feel free to explain how three heavily left, heavily indebted states who now are their own confederation would not allow foreign powers flush with cash and influence a foothold on the west coast. |

I'm stuck in the car for a while. Would someone post a feed with a timestamp?

Quoted: Fucking ouch. View Quote Yep, and IMO IF he did point the gun, he needed to say that. For instance, "I heard something, turned and saw Mr. Zaminsky raising a firearm. I briefly brought my rifle up then, determined no threat then saw Pedo man running towards me". Instead, IF the image as small as it is, shows an AR15 parallel to the ground..he's cooked IMO. Everything thereafter is no self defense. |

Yep. They could testify to all this. Gov instigators is my guess. Remember zamiski told pedo boy “get him, kill him”. The chase begins. Zamiski fires a shot. If not gov, planned instigator to make something happen and bait people. |

Quoted: We're going to have to examine Frame 313 of the Zieminski film. View Quote Rittenhouse said he saw Ziminski with a drawn handgun, which alarmed him, but he did not point the AR at Ziminski. If the persecution wanted to impeach that, they could have called Ziminski to the stand and have him testify about Kyle assaulting him with an AR, which he did not do because Ziminski never said anything about that, because it never happened. |

Quoted: Did I hear this right... Kyle apparently said on a website (I'm assuming facebook or twitter) that he was a student at Arizona State, and he is not obviously... and they want to call a rebuttal witness to testify to that? LMAO. This is a sign of desperation. View Quote Is it possible he's in online classes? I know of several schools that do that, I think AZ State is one, others include Duke and Harvard. |

They know they have him now. Or at least a much better chance to. Fucking A.

Quoted: I don’t see the deal if he cleared a malfunction. Bicep boi chased him with a gun, a reasonable person would assume he meant him harm just as the other assholes did. View Quote If Kyle didn't have a malfunction it shows that he elected to not shoot Gage when Gage did the fake surrender. I.e., Gage used that opportunity to try to kill someone who showed him mercy. If Kyle did have a malfunction Gage could claim Kyle was trying to kill him but failed due to the malfunction. And also makes Gag's decision to try to shoot Kyle reasonable at least in the context of the moment (ignoring that Kyle was being chased by an angry mob that wanted to kill him, that is). |

Who knows what goes on in his lying head? I hope it is the horror of his bicep exploding over and over. He has to smooth out his going from a 'surrender position' to an 'active shooter'/ self-defense shooter optic. without the malfunction story he looks like he was just decieving Kyle to not shoot him and give him a chance to cranium the kid when the opportunity presents itself. He said he attempted to surrender and Kyle pulled the trigger anyway. With the malfunction Grutz saw an opening to save himself while Kyle was recharging the weapon to try to shoot him again. His story is that he is a peaceful man, who would only use violence if forced to. He had to get it on. |

defense is focusing on the wrong thing.
This is where they needed to ask to get a photo expert. |

With todays recording technology why do they still need that woman trying to type everything everyone says, Annoying when keeps asking them to repeat what they said.

Quoted: Quoted: Who the fuck cares about pixels. I mean why are we even doing this? Did the filling in of pixels make it go from a good shoot to a bad shoot? I think the Japanese care about pixels Bring in someone in the Japanese "adult entertainment" industry as an expert witness on pixels. Funny to think somebody does that for a living. |

Quoted: I'm not. Besides if we did split apart the liberals would just sneak illegally into the red states anyways. We don't need a division of our Republic. Refund is fine as long as you're a net payer. IE if you paid 10k over the year but actually owed 7k you get a 3k refund, there's nothing wrong with that. I think what you mean is net tax payer |

Quoted: So the program is giving it it's best guess and cleaning it up with the alogrithm to make it look pretty? View Quote Yes. And there are lots you can pick (see above). If you're drastically enlarging something you should understand what the different algorithms do. And if you've got to testify about it in court you should be able to explain how the algorithm behaves. |

This witness is in no way qualified to describe the program. This is professionally embarrassing.

Not sure what a difference it would make if Kyle had his weapon pointed in the general direction of the room temp challenge winner.
So some dude got all pissed and wanted to kill you and take your weapon. Then later on tried to do that and failed. Does it matter if the person being threatened swung his weapon in the direction of the dirtbag a little before said dirtbag attempted to kill the defendant? |
