Hmmm...just in time for the elections.  I'm sure portraying Hoover as a big bad conservative who oppresses the poor commies and radicals.  nice.

I think it is a Clint Eastwood movie.

Might get confusing if it gets into the investigation of Howard Hughes.

I love Leonardo...

I met him in 1993.  Introduced by my college nurse.

Decaprio is one of the very finest actors of our time.

He's a good actor, no doubt. I just can't see him as J. Edgar Hoover.

ETA: And there is no credible evidence that Hoover was a drag queen or gay –– other than what has been fabricated by liberal critics of Hoover.

Body of Lies was amazing, as long as you ignore the stupid cellphone calls with Russell Crowe bits, and giant windowed offices.  I hope those weren't Ridley Scott's ideas.

I still haven't seen blood Diamond.

Supposedly it was a movie with a message, but it definitely didn't come off preachy IMO. Nice gun pr0n in it, and Jennifer Connelly as well. Worth a rent, for sure.

Message was don't buy diamonds from Seirra Leone because the money fuels warlords and they force the people to mine for them. It wasn't supposed to jump out at you.
