Quoted: I've never really followed lifting competitions, especially women's, but it's amazing to me that this guy "smashed" the women's bench press record with a lift of 270#s. I've known a lot of guys who can do that; I came close when I was younger and lifting a lot and I was definitely nothing special in the weight room. View Quote The record for that division was 270. The guy appears to have made a third lift of about 368.5, from what the pics show. 270 as the old record is pretty low, though. There are juiced females who can bench a lot more than 270, but still far less than males of similar weight. |

Quoted: I'm waiting for someone to go to "Ladies Night" at a bar, claim the identify as a woman, and when the bar does't put up with that shit there is a lawsuit. View Quote Yes I said black male, conservative from LA California. He actually has "F" listed on his driver's license as sex just to fuck with the system. At the license branch in LA just tell them you are female and they put that on your license no questions asked even if you have a full beard. He has done the ladies night thing in CA just to show how stupid it all is. |

What is going to be fun is the next summer olympics, we will have a bunch of "females" with a dick and nut sack on the women's shot put, pole vault and hammer throw competing, what do you think the officials will say?

This craziness will only stop when women walk away from the competitions in protest. That male swimmer would have been in the pool competing against himself when the buzzer went off. Until then suffer what you except ladies you have my pity.

Quoted: I think I remember that story, and it was one of the chief arguments against allowing trannys to participate in sports against their assumed gender. IMO, the simplest solution (other than doing away with the whole movement, which we know will not happen in the current social climate) would be to create a third "trans" category, and they can compete in that. The next logical step is for these orgs. to test and judge someone's "purity" and level of commitment to the cause - "you're not really a woman but this guy over here is!"
Once they do that it circles back to making judgements on whether or not someone is something, which is antithetical to the leftist causes. It won't matter though, because the leftists will way it doesn't matter. |

Quoted: Exactly. Some people seem to have totally forgotten that literally the ONLY purpose of women's sports is to exclude men. The second you allow biological/genetic men to compete (whether they are saying they are women, or they had surgery, or whatever), you have defeated the entire purpose of women's sports, and should just get rid of it. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Good, if it's all the same then eliminate the organization and open up men's to woman. The second you allow biological/genetic men to compete (whether they are saying they are women, or they had surgery, or whatever), you have defeated the entire purpose of women's sports, and should just get rid of it. The difference between male and female athletes is dramatic. I was pretty fast and had exceptional leaping ability. 22 year old me would be right around the world record holder in the 100, 200, long jump, triple jump. I'd certainly medal in all those events throughout my late teens and 20s.

Quoted: What's especially funny to me is that I specifically remember conversations with friends about a dozen years ago, expressing concern that exactly this would happen (long before the South Park episode) etc., saying that this could really fuck up college sports, Olympics, etc. And everyone agreed that I was being silly and paranoid, and of course that wouldn't happen. I am still DYING to know if that Penn State swimmer was serious, or was just a giant troll. Either one is funny, but I am very curious which one it is. View Quote I believe there were complaints by other swimmers on team about helicoptering in the locker room… I’m unaware of that being a stereotypical “ female “ behavior. |

Quoted: I haven't been following the entire trans athlete saga, but I do have a question: do Female to Male trans people compete in the male events? If so, how well, or poorly, do they fare? View Quote Generally no, @ Kitulu there are 3 that I’m aware of. Female to male athletes that is. One was an Olympic level boxer in 120? 130? Lbs then, became male and fought and won 1 fight and then retired. Problem is competition was a non name fighter. You can’t compare an Olympic level bixer to a non name fighrer. There was an Ironman competitor as well who went from top 3 regularly to barely mentioned, and gained hours behind competitors. I want to say there was a cycleist as well with similar results. |
