I'm all for eliminating pests.. and as a cat owner I'll readily admit that a feral (and domesticated) cat is the very definition of hell on local wild-life. I'm under no illusions of what a cat does when it is out and about.
That said hitting cats with a hockey stick and spraying bleach in their faces is to me a sign of a mentally ill person. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but I think that when one has the means to deliver a clean and humane death one should take advantage of it. There was nothing stopping that guy from loading up a .22 with a CB short and solving the issue humanely. EDIT: I only skimmed the article.. so there apparently is more to the story about him knocking cats out of trees etc. |

i dont like cats at all but im not for being cruel to them. had a feral cat problem about a year and a half ago, one of the male cats would spray my porch and front door almost daily. he had to go along with a few groundhogs digging up my yard and messing with my gardens.
