Society can ONLY function when the overwhelming majority agree on the same set of fundamental moral principles and rules. That is no longer the case here in America, we no longer even agree how those rules will be determined, let alone what the rules should be. Once that breaks down it's over.

When I was younger we went to that Putt-Putt, probably 30 years ago.
For the past 20 years that entire area has been no man's land, over run with crime and the only reason you go anywhere near Summer Avenue area is if you need to go to Guns and Ammo, or Panchos, and at both you go armed and in Condition Orange... if not Red.

Can’t even work up any anger today. Just sadness.
I remember taking our son to places like that when he was little, usually with a friend or two of his. He loved it, and we made some wonderful memories. Somewhere in that place during the riot were families who wanted to have some fun, spend some nice time together, eat some delicious crap food. Normal stuff that you often remember for the rest of your life. And then these awful, irredeemable people show up and spoil it for everyone. They stole everyone’s evening. |

Sorry, but that is ridiculous. With a just few taps on their cell phones teens can set these things up, and most parents drops their kids off where the kids made plans. Now turning into little savages stems from piss poor parenting. |
