I'm trying to find something that is currently illegal that with no police enforcement would effectively become legal. Is there anything that is moral but illegal that you would do knowing there is no law enforcement? Within the city limits there is little game available. I would consider duck hunting the Mississippi there.

Mayor of New York caves to mob and announces a plan to shift funds from PD to yute and social cervix programs.
"Our young people need to be reached, not policed. We can do this AND keep our city safe. This morning we committed to move resources from the NYPD to youth and social services as part of our City’s budget." Interested to see if it happens. De-Policing in Baltimore led to three times as many homicides, predominately black men, in a year. It actually causes more death for poor black men in poor communities. Really sad, actually.
