I don't think this was a hack, or a mistake.
I think this was purposeful and from within the defense department to gauge the reaction, traffic flow, human traffic flow etc, in order for the DoD to plan mil movements throughout the state. I think this is the US gov at a high level believing now that Lil Kim does have a missile with a warhead that is capable of targeting Hawaii, and stressing the system without warning. |
