I give you the CG 1721. It's a modified C130H with an E-2C radome.

I racked up several hours on her as an aircrew member and radio operator. It's changed hands a few times from the Coast Guard, to the Air Force, to a bone yard out west, and back to the Coast Guard again.

This is how she looked when I flew in it. It still has the radome mounts on top of the fuselage. Had to be careful stepping around them because we didn't use harnesses when walking around on top. Before my enlistment ended, word was it was going to be transferred again to be used as a forest fire plane.

Like an Enforcer or replica or is someone converting an original?

The Enforcer was a sweet plane, they were testing it for CAS all the way into the 80s.

ATG Javelin was another high-speed executive jet that didn't take off.

I think they're trying to market it as a trainer/very light fighter now.

Fireboss. Not one-of-a-kind by any stretch, but definitely modified and unusual. It is an Air Tractor agricultural plane with Wipline floats with a built-in water scoop installed, and is used to fight fires.

It would be neat if somebody ordered some An-70s. Ukraine can’t really afford to build them for themselves.

Martin XB-51, conceived in 1945 and first flew in 1949. It was aerodynamically clean and very fast - faster than most contemporary fighters at 644 mph - but had limited range and limited g-loading. Had an internal rotary bomb magazine and t-tail, both features well ahead of its time.
