Anyone that owns one of these knows they're f'ing great for killing flies and pests.  Now equipped with laser sight and Barrett M82 inspired muzzle brake!

This is the silly shit you come up with when you buy a 3D printer.

I have had the 2.0 for a year or so.  Works well if you use kosher salt.

Yes indeed, chop scorpions in half almost daily.

What is the recoil like now?  Is it much louder?  Able to get follow up shots off pretty quickly now?

Kosher salt really is the key to riddling flies with holes. I love my 2.0

Funny you say that. Yes, follow up shots have been greatly improved,  but not by the doing of the muzzle brake.

I have one of the originals.

It's cool but I don't use it very often as I don't want bits of salt around.

Now with low profile optic mount!

What do you think.... Trijicon RMR or Vortex Viper?

Good call.  This may be a good use for those cheap China specials that have a dozen reticle options.

Got one for Fathers day.  Proceeded to kill 100 slugs that night.  Excellent for slug sniping- embeds salt in the skin, they are dead shortly.....

What did you do to remove the saftey reset? It pisses me off to have to turn it off everytime I pump it.

Split the clamshell and pull these parts out. I 3d printed a simple plug for the leftover hole.  Best upgrade ever for these things.

Would be nice, the trigger is pretty terrible on these things.  May have to look into that...  are flat triggers still the new rage?

Thought about it.   It's likely going to get a camera mount on muzzle next.  See if I can get some entertaining slow motion video out of it.

You need the .40 S&W version of salt....
Table Salt is wimpy 9mm. Kosher Salt is .40 S&W, Sea Salt is .45 ACP.

The table salt simply bounces off the armored hide of the house fly and the sea salt is to big and slow. The kosher salt is just right. The correct amount of mass with the right speed.

Flake Salt is that stupid shit like Extreme Shock Ammo and Dragon's Breathe Shot Shells.

I've noticed the table salt just stuns them sometimes.  The point blank follow up shot always always works though.

Kosher salt is for IDF flies only per Geneva Convention. But if the fly is rocking a yamaka and Star of David shoulder you're cleared hot.

Actually Kosher salt does seem to make them deader. Haven't tried play sand. It would need to be filtered pretty good for consistency and really dry or else you'll be running remedial action with barbarians at the gate.

I bet you can replace the factory spring with a heavier spring. Will be harder to cock but will push more air thus push the salt at a higher speed.

I might have done this to my kids nerf guns.
