NRA Board Member and head of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Tom King, speaking out against our ability to legally make firearms for our personal collections and use.
This is New York Rifle's contact information https://www.nysrpa.org/contusus/ New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. 713 Columbia Turnpike East Greenbush, NY 12061 Phone: 518-272-2654 Fax: 518-274-4972 E-mail: [email protected] https://www.nysenate.gov/newsroom/in-the-news/anna-m-kaplan/nys-legislation-would-ban-untraceable-ghost-guns The head of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association said the sale of ghost guns is a growing problem. “These '80 percent' guns are providing a way for prohibited people to buy a firearm,” Tom King of the NYSRPA said, referring to people who don’t have a gun permit or are otherwise prohibited from possessing a gun. He said self-assembled guns provide a way for competition shooters to make a custom-fitted firearm. Such weapons should have serial numbers and be registered — and any new legislation should consider such a provision, he said. But it appears increasingly, King said, people trying to evade the law are the ones buying and selling self-assembled weapons. “It appears what was meant to be something for competitive shooters and serious shooters to build their own unique firearm may be turning into a criminal enterprise,” King said. |

my phone pronounces NRA as nuh-RAH. I don't waste a block on it, saving them for the ones that claim I have a computer virus. |

Fuck the NRA . These asshats are nothing more than bought and paid for mouthpieces.
|
|
I was just starting to soften on my stance that they weren't all assholes, and then they go and double down.
|
|
Guys guys they are the only ones the politicians will listen to. We have to send the NRA more money.

This is what happens when people confuse rights with privilege.
Obviously he hasn't read the constitution and the bill of rights lately if at all. |

I'm surprised to hear such a position from someone at the NRA

Dear Tom,
Go fuck yourself. Sincerely, Redfish86 PS: you’re the reason I’m not an NRA member. |
|
Well he has a point. Since I am sure it is the only way a prohibited person can get a firearm.

After 94, and up til Trump, the NRA experienced an influx of new members from the tactical side of things....
Now, like Walmart, they sense the winds of change and realize that our numbers, though much larger than say in the 80's, are in decline... |

Shouldn't he be hanging out with the Million Tom March?
He could also just go and autoerotically asphyxiate himself. I'd be fine with that also. |

Dear Tom, that ship has sailed...the cartels have cnc machines and make complete lowers...

Shit like Mr. King piss me off. I have never made a 80% rifle and probably never will. But those that do have every right to do so and I will stand up for them. NRA is a self sucking group who have too much money to buy suits and take expensive trips.

Criminals can machine 80% lowers?
I thought they got their guns the same place they get their cocaine and meth. |
|
Why is it so hard for him to just shut the fuck up instead of making things worse?
|
|
Textbook definition of a Fudd.
Look at him with his classic Benelli and padded jacket. He looks like he's from central casting out of a 1959 American Rifleman. NRA needs a hostile takeover. |
