A few of my MFs contain some NVDA.  Seems like a giant bubble, but if I trusted my own instincts about that stuff I wouldn't be buying MFs.

What percentage of the stock market is Nividia alone again? I know it’s a big number.

It's still overbought but the last couple of days have helped that.

I bought a few SQQQ, in case of a sell-off. I'm also holding UVXY.

This will probably insure a big rally tomorrow.

Nvidia will be the most valuable company in the world soon if this keeps up. Data center revenues up 27% sequentially from last quarter and up over 400% YoY. Insane.

And with their financing solutions (nvfs program) they can show loans they make to their customers as sales.

That's what I was wondering.

There's at least two new startups, or pretty new companies anyhoo with AI chips that look very promising to challenge Nvidia's dominance right now in AI.  Also I'm not sure how AMD compares but they're working on it.  This Cerebras sounds very promising as the whole chip is dedicated for AI, not just clusters of GPUs.  If you believe their numbers.  Groq is the other.  But the two companies aren't going public yet or I'd be buying some of their stock.

Nvidia (NVDA) reported its fourth quarter earnings after the bell on Wednesday, beating analysts' expectations on the top and bottom lines.

For the quarter, Nvidia reported adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $5.16 on revenue of $22.1 billion. Analysts were expecting EPS of $4.60 on revenue of $20.4 billion. That's a massive jump from the same period last quarter when Nvidia reported EPS of $0.88 on $6.1 billion a year ago. To put a finer point on Nvidia's performance, the company reported $27 billion in revenue for all of 2022.

The company also guided higher than analysts' expectations for the first quarter, saying it anticipates revenue of $24 billion, plus or minus 2%. Wall Street was expecting $21.9 billion for the quarter.

That is a HUGE beat.

Did you buy and sell just today?  Impressive. Or were they shares you already had?

I have some shares, ain’t selling. They were bought at various times last year.
