I see many NY auto tags here
Go home, do not fuck up this state any more than it is. |

The apparatchiks, nomenklatura, and retired cheka get to leave their sinecures for their far-away dachas, with their rich pensions and benefits.
The kulaks they have long impoverished by parasitizing and persecuting them remain trapped in the liberal gulag, unable to escape the desolation imposed by the statists. |

Just remember why you left that shithole and vote accordingly. If you don't want to get with the program then please go back to your Paradise with all the taxes, lack of gun ownership and the crime that it offers. We don't want that shit down here. Or keep on moving until you get to Californication.

Not everyone from the northeast is a leftist douchebag, but whatever. Like I said, I don't plan on staying in NY forever, but there are states I would move to and states I wouldn't. None of the ones on my "would" list are in the South. |

Not a problem. I turned down a Director level position with my former employer just to avoid moving to Naples. Like I said, I don't plan on staying in NY forever, but there are states I would move to and states I wouldn't. None of the ones on my "would" list are in the South. View Quote |

Why move to the South? The heat/humidity in the summer is miserable, I would rather put up with a few cold months.

I'm loving it all the Chicago liberals moving out of N Wisconsin...finally some peace & quiet.

I can honestly say that I've never heard a single person say "I wish I could move to Georgia!" so that should be pretty easy. View Quote |

You know Florida Man?
Fact of the matter is ..... he actually grew up in south Alabama. It's all Li'l Abner and meth labs. Don't say you haven't been warned. |

I see claims of that a lot on here, but I think how often it actually happens is quite exaggerated. I will always sing the praises of South Carolina after living there for a couple years. I loved it. Only time I heard a New Yorker bitch about it down there (and I ended up working with a handful of New Yorkers)....was me, when I was moaning about wanting some NY style pizza. A neighbor pointed me to some places where the slices were bigger than my face, and I was a happy camper. |

Many are just locusts. Depleted and ruined their areas and have migrated to fertile lands to destroy.

Florida should charge state income taxes to new residents.
Whatever it was in your OLD state for 3 years. |

I propose that for every 1000 NY residents who leave, 1 politician has to go with them. If this happened, NY would be fixed right already.

No shit, I've noticed waaaay too many NY, NJ, CA and Maryland tags. Go the fuck home.

I might move back to AZ soon, and road salt is one of the top reasons. The government is taking my tax dollars and using it to destroy my vehicles, and salt use has been climbing for decades, but especially in recent years. I don't understand why everyone isn't more pissed off about it, and why the EPA doesn't step in.

As a native of Colorado I feel your pain. The changes that the influx of people into my state has caused is very sad.
I do plan on visiting the South in the future as I have never visited that part of country. I promise to leave. |

I have some empathy for people fleeing an oppressive regime, but a part of me also wonders if they fouled their own nest and fled for better digs, only to resume shitting where they eat, voting in the same stupidity that drove them from their original locales.

Yup, and same in Florida. Bath Salts Zombies, Gators with frikkin lasers, and redneck cannibals. Everybody has at least three guns and is expected to get drunk, naked, and commence mayhem on a regular basis. It's as scary down here as RT says, so steer clear. A scorpion was walking along the bank of a river, wondering how to get to the other side. Suddenly, he saw a fox. He asked the fox to take him on his back across the river. The fox said 'No. If I do that, you'll sting me and I'll drown.' The scorpion assured him, 'If I did that, we'd both drown.' So, the fox thought about it, and finally agreed. So, the scorpion climbed up on his back, and the fox began to swim, but halfway across the river, the scorpion stung him. As the poison filled his veins, the fox turned to the scorpion and said, 'Why did you do that? Now you'll drown too.' 'I couldn't help it,' said the scorpion, 'it's my nature'."
