It's a relatively short range 9mm. IMO, the iron sights really are gud enuf and are part of the fun of shooting an MP5.
Unless you need an RDS due to vision issues or for use with passive NV, at which point cowitness isn't desired. |

Is there a rear sight with a single notch? I want to retain a peep sight but it would be nice to have a notch also. I don’t want a “castle” sight.

What's that fuckery about? ETA gonna call them ETA2 email sent Well, here's what you law says from what I found on the internet. 790.222 Bump-fire stocks prohibited.—A person may not import into this state or transfer, distribute, sell, keep for sale, offer for sale, possess, or give to another person a bump-fire stock. A person who violates this section commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. As used in this section, the term “bump-fire stock” means a conversion kit, a tool, an accessory, or a device used to alter the rate of fire of a firearm to mimic automatic weapon fire or which is used to increase the rate of fire to a faster rate than is possible for a person to fire such semiautomatic firearm unassisted by a kit, a tool, an accessory, or a device. |

My AP5 has arrived. Thanks, Atlantic! Ordered Sunday, shipped Tuesday, arrived at FFL Thursday morning, picked up several hours later.
Attached File Attached File So far she seems solid as can be. Takedown and reassembly is simple. Can’t wait to try it out. Safety lever is stiff, as others have reported. Waiting on an A3 type brace from SB Tactical, a selector lever and trigger group housing from Magpul, and a wide tropical forearm from HKParts. |

I like to have at least a dozen mags loaded up for my akv before I get to the range but those are pretty cheap to aquire.
