I'd never heard of it until a few days ago when I saw a preview. I immediately set the DVR to record the entire series. Any historical drama with Gabriel Byrne (Uther Pendragon) can't be too bad!
Game of Thrones also starts at the end of this month.

I have the first season on Bluray and I watched the second season on HBOGO.com last month making sure I was all caught up on everything GoT's.
I really like period shows. HBO's ROME was awesome. Deadwood was awesome old west period piece.....hopefully Vikings will be good. |

My wife's grandfathers came to America from Sweden during ww2. My mother in laws name is svenna. I cant wait to watch. |

Anyone watch "The Bible"?
The bible crossed with Matrix fighting sequences. Vikings was ok, if it had been on HBO or any of the other "cuss" networks it would have been better. Me - 1/2 Norwegian, 1/2 Sicilian. Wife - 1/2 Norwegian and 1/2 Swedish. |
