Quoted: The girl boss thing, it’s all so tiresome. Oh, and Anya looks like Sid from Ice Age. https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/68624/8182514A-452B-4121-86DF-7C1093B5A645-3045577.jpg View Quote F’ing this. Every time i see her, I see Sid. |

Quoted: I don't like these prequels where you know where the character ends up so pretty much anything that happens is meaningless. Does this character really need a backstory? Its pretty clear in Fury Road that she serves Immortan Joe but doesn't really want to. Oh shes missing an arm, cool a little mystery to a character is good instead of spelling everything out. View Quote This ^ . Characters are 100% more interesting when there is a bit of mystery behind their origin and thought process. |

I had little interest in watching Mad Maxine and after seeing the shit CGI, even less now.

God damn, just stop already. They are butchering what was a good thing….
Fucking stupid woke bullshit. |

This shit was probably put in production pre covid and the execs might barely be realizing how bad its all tanking and why. |

And the writers' and actors' strikes pushed a lot of things back on top of it. |

Never seen eyes that far apart before. I liked Fury Road. But I dunno about this goofy Furiosa Road thing. Seems like there's more CGI or something. |

Quoted: I think I'm the only one who thought Furry Road was way overrated. View Quote Fury road is a masterpiece of film. The antithesis of wokeism. Zero fluff, a tragedy of a man’s prized breeders being taken away and great cinematography. 10/10. This Disney furiosa shit? Looks like hot garbage. |

Make your own universe and movie for string wamins they already made Max the 3rd or 4th lead in his own movie nobody asked for this nobody cares about her.

I didn't even bother unmuting and wow, that was embarrassing. lol.
They put the bad CGI car in the trailer and just rolled with it, thinking that's OK. Also lol. |

I think the girl power scene in Avengers Endgame woke a lot of people up. That was a collective groan heard by everyone but hollywood apparently.

|
Looks very CGIish, will probably watch, just cause of Anya Taylor Joy, but doubt it'll be good.

Fury Road is an absolute master class in action filmmaking.
This..doesn't look like it came from the same source. No Theron, way too much CGI, and it feels forced already. It's going to suck. |

Quoted: My hyper-uneducated opinion is why is the long white hair dude back? I thought he died? The random shots of the tanker, city, etc... are just rehashing of Mad Max and the last movie. I think this series will suffer the same fate of Star Wars. Trying to introduce new stuff (including SJW elements) while offering enough tokens to old fans, pissing off everybody. View Quote Probably an origin story for Theron's character in Fury Road. |

So she's a younger version of Charlize's character? Right?
I'm only guessing from the face paint and the robot arm thing. |
|
Quoted: Not the story I wanted, but I'll watch it when it's out of the theater. I really wish they'd do a remake of the original Mad Max and fill in the blanks between that and The Road Warrior. View Quote Quoted: Fury Road was fucking awesome. I'll watch this and assess View Quote |

Hahahaha! We haven't been to a theater in probably four or five freaking years. My wife is a huge Mad Max fan (more of a young Mel Gibson fan), and once she saw Chris Hemsworth was in it, she said the next movie we see is this...
Hopefully the special effects are decent, I can ignore a poor storyline and even crappy acting with enough action and violence ROCK6 |

Clothing and vehicle parts look new. Is Amazon still delivering post-apocalypse? At least drag that shit through the dirt a bit before you film. |
|
|
|
Honestly, I’ll probably watch it when it comes out on some free service but it will be little more than something to pass the time.
I’m way beyond done with woke girl boss bullshit combined with a money grab on the back of a formerly good series, and I sure as hell won’t pay to see it. |
|
Looks like it might be slightly entertaining but that shit has nothing to do with Max.
