Are they turned loose now and have had their charges dropped?

3 grass fires during yesterday's wind event.   1 slash pile caused, 1 downed line, and 1 from a bum camp.

The torrential rain started and the fires fell on their face and died down.


Damn near drowned while trying to put it out, it was raining sheets towards the end of them.  

Started a job in Talent today. End of the day took a drive through the middle of Talent, one block
west of 99. Incredible the amount of housing that was lost. Went to the south end of town to 99
and then headed north. Pretty incredible destruction of everything that the fire wanted to burn.
I said wanted to burn, because it would skip what looked like vulnerable buildings, move down the
street and burn everything else in its' path. A lot of the homes near Bear Creek will never be allowed
to be rebuilt because of "muh repairien zone". Talent & Phoenix lost thousands of homes.
Very sad end of the day.
