The world order IS changing. Russia will never be a great power again, and free, sovereign Ukraine will be the dominant power in Europe. FVP.

Nowhere did the post I quoted say Putin was actually doing what he said either, only that he had a duty to do so- he is correct in that, just as Putin is correct in saying that the west is becoming a joke. Contrary to what some of the smoothbrains here like to parrot, you can despise the man and his actions and still acknowledge that sometimes he's correct in his assessments. I think we can all agree that Putin's vision for his country is obviously different from how the rest of the world sees it.

World is learning a world power doesn't have to be someone that holds XYZ land and such. Notice how much of Europe is now sucking up for fuel to get a non worlds power fuel. You don't have to project when people are sucking up to get what you already own.

The US is by far the biggest kid on the block and a fully expect the voting public to get their head out of their ass and elect a stronger US president.
