Ukrainian Navy reports losing two of its gunships and one tug to Russian SOF assault and that Russians are towing their ships with 6 injured Ukrainian sailors onboard.
The gunships are Gyurza-M class gunships BK-02 Berdiansk and BK-03 Nikopol, the harbor tug from Odessa is called Yana Kapu. |

You already know the answer, but Russia needs a check RFN, and a pit into which it dumps resources in the face of real military resistance, hopefully in the eventual form of western capabilities. Like Syrian Wagner, but on a wholly different and above board scale.
