To some rolling in with full battle rattle Bogaloo operator might be a bit intimidating.
Personally I think its fucking awesome but I get where hes coming from. We should concentrate on the real enemy and not each other IMO. |

I’m not sure what group of cops gave Hannity permission to speak for them.
The peaceful protestors in Michigan were not pushed around, possibly because they had armed people. The peaceful protesters in California got a nice show of force and intimidation from CHP, possibly because they were not armed. Agree or disagree with the optics, the armed ones made a point. |

Texas law changed and batons and brass knuckles are legal as of last September. There was some discussion about how it is going to be more dangerous for armed professionals like cops / deputies / troopers / armed security. That was swiftly dismissed because anyone who is going to illegally carry a baton and wack you over the head with it was already going to do that before the change. "Think of the Police" is the new "think of the children"... |

Ya know, I used to be in the 'OC is 'tarded' camp, but after the past few years I really don't give a shit anymore.
The left embraced Antifa. I know the GOP won't embrace OC'ers, but honestly they're no better than the left anyway for the most part. I have been an LEO for 27+ years and have no problem with protesters who OC. It’s either a right, or it isn’t.
As a gun owner, I do take issue with the ones who do not set a good example. Being belligerent, profane, or acting like an asshole while advocating for gun rights only sets the cause back. Proprietary and discretion are important components in bearing arms. Think Wyatt Earp vs Ike Clanton. ETA - fortunately, the vast majority of OC protestors have behaved admirably. |
