Doesn't OP know he needs to provide timely updates and photos of ER nurses when he starts one of these threads?

The docs and hospitals have personal preservationists interests in never denying mistakes or accidents. Nobody will stand up for you but you View Quote Correct answer. My sister had post op complications from the same procedure. Became very ill. Spent a week in the hospital. Whatever they used to close Up the removed gallbladder failed. Leaked bile and fluids in her abdomen for days. |

Seroma, urinoma, CBD leak, post-op ascites...we can think of endless ways we all get dibs on OP's guns...or he could go to the ED.
However, at this hour, I'd probably wait it out, go to UC in the morning, and skip the line of (non)sick pts looking for turkey sammies and ginger ale in the ED. Plus he'll avoid the $150+ copay and sitting around the ED for 8 hours. |

Quoted: Ok, I missed that thread. What happened? View Quote He had very serious symptoms. Stroke or something bad. He ignored almost universal comments to get to the ER right then but he had to be there for his dogs. Joker1 is a saint...but he almost died. A day or so later he was airlifted to a hospital, was in a coma and just today after maybe two weeks or so woke up. I hope that he recovers 100% but even a non-doctor like me wonders if not seeking immediate care made it worse. OP should have been on the way to the ER instead of posting about his newly huge penis. |

Quoted: Last Tuesday I laparoscopic gall bladder removal with peripheral nerve block. Until today I thought things were going normal until I noticed clearish odorless fluid draining from 2 of the lower incision. Then I went to pee this evening and found my pecker has swollen up with fluid!! Yeah I called the docs office. He didn’t think it was from the surgery he says to call my urologist. So I’m waiting on the call now from the uro. What says ArfDocs? View Quote That does not compute! |

Same thing happened to me mostly scrote. I was told it's from the gas they use and from flushing the bile ducts. Went away in a few days.
Hope OP is Ok |

Pee is not stored in the balls.
Go to the ER, do not pass go, do not collect $200. |

I was just trying to think where the line is between impressive swelling and lethal weapon

Need some MS Paint diagrams to be 100% sure of what we are talking about.
I hope things turn out well for you OP. |

Apparently OP hasn't seen the commercials.....if the "swelling" doesn't go down after 4 hours you need to go to the doctor.

Is this like milk swollen tiddies except pee pee in the pecker?

The human body is so stupid, making gallbladders and dumb other things that have a very specific function. Thank god the pharmaceutical industry has such great involvement in the new round of MDs getting pushed through higher education, so they can prescribe pills for everyone to use for their entire life span. All the while, never actually curing anything and never talking about a lifestyle change to help resolve the current issue or halt any future issues.
OP, you're going to have a really hard time processing anything high in fats without a gall bladder. |

OP see if they can take the pain out and leave the swelling in.

OP- please tell us you’ve made it to at least Urgent Care this morning?

As of this morning after a sleepless nite. I don’t think it is fluid, just air/gas trapped or expanding in the area. Another poster brought up having the same thing happen to him in a gallbladder removal thread. My junk looks like 2 40mm grenades standing on top of each other with
2 M26 frag grenades for testicles though. I’ve also read online and found some “fine print type” information about this happening after the procedure. Got some activated charcoal coming today to see if that helps with the bloating. Later I will be going to my local docs to show him and let him check it out. |

That wouldn't make sense anyway, since it's a surgical disease, not medical. And surgery DOES resolve the current issue. Of course, you're welcome to make lifestyles changes and never interact with the health care system. In fact, please do so. |

God obviously hates me because we switched ro Covidien, or maybe the admin just wanted to piss off surgeons & drive them away.
