The pics / video captures are perfectly on his car which has been there for months. Specs on the security system? No current tags. The reverse tow by a couple of yahoos. OP may be the ringleader of this circus and he hopes to collect more than it is worth. Not packing, shows up at the heisters home. In Texas. I am from CA and wouldn't do that.
