He thinks I'm anti-British because I'm from Argentina.  Very much like saying Americans are anti-British given that they fought Brits as well. Or anti German, anti-Japanese, anti-Spanish, anti-Mexicans, and kinda a dozen other countries.
I lived in NI (UK) for 4 years. You can imagine how anti British I must be if I chose to live there for fours years. Never had a problem because I was Argentine. Some of my family still lives in London.
But oh well. making up shit about people you dont know is always fun

Or maybe it’s based on some of the wildly incorrect stuff you’ve posted about England before in GD instead of where you’re from, a lot of which comes across as frothing at the mouth angry while being wrong.

I'm not. I went to a British private school growing up. I had British kids stay at my home during student exchange and as I said, I lived in UK for 4 years simply because I chose to do so.
Do I like their gun laws, knife laws and the rest of the liberty hating crap they put up with? No. Maybe you do, I dont.

As for Brexit you can go look up my posts before Brexit. I was and am very much in favour of Brexit. Of course I knew it would have a serious impact on their economy and that I wouldnt like my country to be in that position but I believe it got to a point where a "divorce" to put it someway was the only good outcome left.

Lived in UK/London for 5 years. I did diplomatic security at the Embassy........the place is a shit hole and it is hard to meet actual people from London who have British descent.

I then was transferred to Cornwall, to a UK RAF base in St. Mawgan, it was beautiful and actual people who were from the country they lived in.......real novel idea I know.

The Czechs and Hungary are fighting this as well.  Hungary is fighting it hard.  Victor Orbán is hopefully going to win a third term today, fingers crossed.

Yes you do and you know it. You made your first post with your experience/opinion. Since no one gave a damn about it you had to post again attacking my son.
Why else would you post again when there was no one to reply to?

The reason I posted what I did was my very recent experience was nothing like your son claims his was..and I tend to call out BS when I see it.
Got it, everyone has to have your same experience when visiting places or you call BS.

If your son is not a liar or prejudiced, can you explain why his experience...when visiting the same places...was so vastly different than mine....as PROVED with pictures?

Again you posted that he stated that there were “no whites”...it was filthy....bums and drunks everywhere.  Can you explain this discrepancy?
Sure. My son is clealry more aware of his surroundings than you, since his observations match what recent news and actual stats show to be the facts (and by no white people, its a figure of speech meaning its full of non white people which in the case of London is perfectly accurate)
And for the 3rd time, no your holiday pics dont prove shit.
But here you go, PROOF that zombies are attacking NYC

Need I remind you ....once again....about the claims your son made about the same tourists areas I recently visited and provided pictures of?   I made no claims about the “ethnic composition of the city”.

I never said I didn’t see a number of Muslims.  Your son said there were “no white people there”.  If you look hard enough, you might find a burka or beard in my photos.

Why are you trying to put words into my mouth?

Simply stated that my experience was not the same when visiting...as a tourist....same places as your son.

The difference is that I actually provided evidence.

That cant be because a guy here posted a pic of Buckingham Palace gates where you can see mostly white people so you must be wrong.

But seriously now, youre right. london is its own (in my opinon pretty shitty) thing. You have lots of small towns where life is totally different. I lived in a small town in Northern Ireland. It had its issues but overall a great experience.

London is a big city like all other big cities. It draws people from all over the globe. Of course you’ll find more British background people in smaller towns, not many foreigners looking to go to backroads UK (US, France, etc)

I lived in London for a bit as well.

Different folks see what they want I guess.

I've been to London multiple times.  The OP describes a different city from the one I've frequented.

But hey, maybe if he argues more, I'll forget the many times I had a completely different experience in the city.  Surely he knows better.

I already answered your question several times but here it goes again. You took a pic of fucking tourist spots full of (white) tourists. That means shit.
You seem convinced that the CIA should study your amazing pic and make some grand discoveries but there's simply nothing there. The demographics of London are what they are, and those match my son's observations, not your pic. Theres no discrepancy. Your holiday pics mean nothing. I cant put it any clearer than that.

Now your son is super observant and I was blind the whole time.  Lol

Don't go looking for Irish folks in the Temple Bar area.  In OPs son's words, "there are no Irish people in Dublin."  I love Dublin and yes many of the workers in Temple Bar section are not from Ireland.   Shannon is more to my liking than Dublin.

I'm not a world traveler but it seems this is the case for most places. Depends which parts you visit.

I recently went to SF for the first time. I was expecting needles and bum shit everywhere (because of GD) and I simply didn't see anything like that. I actually enjoyed my time there, in the parts I visited at least, not a place I'd ever live, but it was a fun visit. My experience with Portland is a lot worse than SF.

Facts are for nerds.

Did a google search and found this.

“London’s population has grown 7.5% in just five years. The UK as a whole has grown by 3.7% over this period, or 3.2% excluding London. The capital contained approximately 13% of the total UK population in 2016.”

https://www.trustforlondon.org.uk/data/londons-population-over-time/

This reports it as lower...and appears more accurate.  https://www.ukpopulation.org/london-population/

Year   Mil.   Percent
2013  8.41  1.33%
2014  8.52  1.31%
2015  8.67  1.76%
2016  8.69  0.23%
2017  8.75  0.69%

You did not read the link I posted.  Know how I know?  - you didn't take this fact into account:

"NOW HERE IS THE REALLY INTERESTING PART:

"What is actually interesting to note is that the UK classifies "murder" differently than the USA. It is only a "murder" if there is a solved crime, if it is unsolved, it is not classified as such.

https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm199900/cmselect/cmhaff/95/95ap25.htm

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploa..._data/file/116417/hosb1011.pdf

Why? It is a matter of policy. As Chief Inspector Colin Greenwood points out here, the Home Office believes it unfair to brand a man a murderer until he has been tried, convicted, and exhausted his appeals.

As a result, murders that have not been solved are not included. If indications in the the above reports are correct, that would substantially reduce the homicide rate in itself. Murders that have resulted in an arrest but no conviction are not counted. Convictions that have not been appealed are apparently not counted. And the number of minorities reported as murder victims is far below either the demographics or of reason.

If the media reports of a total of 4,760 “violent fatalities of interest to the police” from 1 January 2011 to 30 November 2012 are correct, the murder rate is 4.7 per 100,000 population, the same as our much more inclusive homicide rate, and substantially higher than the United States murder rate."

Glad you had a nice visit.

I would (probably will) visit London in the next 5 years with my kids; we will visit NYC too.

Doesn't change the fact that London's "official" murder rate is higher than NYC's, and it's ACTUAL murder rate is much higher than NYC.

Where I'm at also.  Been many times.  Have a family member that has lived there since '04 or so (in Hackney).  Now that I'm married, no visiting my Welsh girls (friends of relative) there any more.

Excuse me. But this is now a Ferfal 2 minutes hate thread. Your experiences are a distraction.

Yes, because there are no whites from London, in London like ferfals son stated.
Or , maybe, just maybe his son was exaggerating a bit.

Hmm, I wonder which is more likely?  If you'd get out and travel from time to time you could learn the truth too.

Also, who the fuck cares how many 'white people" are somewhere?

Lots of shitty white people to go around. Problem is in UK non-whites tend to behave like these "asians" right here

We dont want to stigmatize any given demographic so I'm sure its just a coincidence.
Then you have what the Met Police has to say.
Knife deaths among black people 'should cause more outrage'
Top Met officer says inadequate response is because many victims came from black communities.

No, you simply stated your experience was not the same in your FIRST post. I of course had no problem with. Thats after all your experience. But since no one clearly gave a fuck about it and it didnt get the attention you wanted you just had to go on and post:
now THAT got my attention and I guess you won after all because you got the attention you wanted so bad.
You dont have shit. You dont have any evidence of any kind. What you have is a serious denial or reading comprehension problem if you dont understand the ethinc population of London as it is today.
Yes, in spite of the pic you took at the museum.
My son says there's a lot of muslims/"asians"/blacks/rich multicultural WTF people and its true. He said it was pretty filthy and dirty and I looked it up, he's right about there being a problem with garbage bins being replaced with fewer new bomb proof ones that have wifi and spy on people passing by (didnt know about that until now). There's more poverty, more beggers and thats also true. Just google it.
Why you had to be an attention whore, that I dont know. You expressed your experience in your first post. But you just couldnt control yourself and had to insult my son who you dont even know in the next one.

So did I win your retarded trolling game?
If you think about it you shouldnt be as excited about muslims taking over everywhere. Just saying.

Meh, my daughters literally just got off a plane from London, also with a school trip.  They had a great time, no complaints.   They are used to philly so no surprises.

@Hyperformer

You did not read the link I posted.  Know how I know?  - you didn't take this fact into account:

"NOW HERE IS THE REALLY INTERESTING PART:

"What is actually interesting to note is that the UK classifies "murder" differently than the USA. It is only a "murder" if there is a solved crime, if it is unsolved, it is not classified as such.

https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm199900/cmselect/cmhaff/95/95ap25.htm

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploa..._data/file/116417/hosb1011.pdf

Doesn't change the fact that London's "official" murder rate is higher than NYC's, and it's ACTUAL murder rate is much higher than NYC.

There are clean and nice parts of London

There are shitty dirty parts of London, Shitty school trip If they took him to the shitty parts

It’s called londonistan for a reason

Most big cities are the same or worse

I don’t like London I don’t like big cities

If he went to the nice parts and came back with that story then you need a word, even I can tolerate London for a few days. If I can do that as a northern monkey with all the fucking mockney cunts then I’m sure a young man should be able to if seeing something new.
Architecture, museums, history, there is a lot in London.

That sucks. 20 years ago it was the opposite.
Always thought it was dirty. Paris was terrible in 77-79

I was in Paris in 2017.  I thought it was a gorgeous city. Clean, freshness everywhere, helpful people all around.  Ask, "Hey, what's that place?" and you'd be in for a mini lesson in French history and tradition.  French people love explaining France to non-French.  At least that was my experience.  Imagine how surprised I was to learn on arfcom that all of Paris has been taken over by Muslims who will slit your throat if you even venture out onto a public sidewalk.

I've never been to London, but it seems to me that depending on who you are, where you go, and what you do, your experience might be a good one, or a bad one.

Islam is the largest religion in Southeast Asia. IIRC over half the Muslim population is from the Asia-Pacific region.

Shh, geography is for faggots.

So many people think Asian = must be of the east Asian type. There are well over 1 billion Asians who aren't of that type and aren't Muslim.

Literally my words when he called complaining about the drunks and what not "its a great city, look at all the positive things, enjoy your trip".
All in all they had a great time. Part of it is probably that we used to live in a small nice town in Northern Ireland were he didnt get to see lots of those things, especially the shitty "multicultural" ones.

And part of it is that we've been to Paris too not that long ago and had this same experience you mention.
Of course its a stunning city by urbanistic design alone, but it was also clean and local people were surprisingly helpful with the little French we can manage. By comparison he clealry liked Paris more.
