I get through most of the off season with college baseball and international soccer.

This next month or so coming up is the worst dead zone ever, because almost everything is in off season....minus the World Cup every 4 years.

They're gonna give that QB and RB's fits.

Trust me, they will watch them..........and will be ready for them. This will probably be one of the best, if not the best, opening day games out there.........and hopefully my tickets will come through so I can take my 81 year old father to it

Definitely clickbait.

Tom Herman at 18 as a first year Power 5 conference coach? I mean, I think he a great coach and good get for the whorns, but 18th? Seems a little high, of course so does Kevin Sumlin at #30.

Herman at 18 is a joke. 13-1 and then 9-4 as a HC. His best year was with the team he inherited.
He has a LOT yet to prove.

Sumlin is 79-38 as a HC. That's not bad really. Especially in the SECW. 30 may be about right.
Obviously there's room for improvement though.

Hey gators, not to pick on you....well yeah, I'll pick on you....but looks like you guys got bad news.

How many players does that make now that you lost to suspension/injury/or other reasons?

This latest injury does not bode well for the team.

I think Jim loses his job this year if he doesn't make drastic improvement. Part of that improvement has to be beating FSU......

Which won't happen

FSU camp opened up Tuesday so we're in the final countdown

I like the Noles to have an 11-1/10-2 regular season, win the ACC championship and take one of the playoff spots. Not sure who the loss will be to but I think FSU beats Clemson and Louisville this year. The only reason I included the 10-2 option is because of the Alabama game.

I have no idea.

If Texas manages to beat USC and OU and are undefeated at that point, they could run the table with a little luck in the close games.

However with the past history of this particular team, they could win both of those and lose to

Kansas, Baylor, TCU, KSt and maybe even Maryland in the opener.

I'll let them show me what they are going to do before getting too excited.

I think he will be great, and I'm willing to give him time, but he beat teams he shouldn't have and lost to teams he should have beat at Houston and that is exactly what Strong did with this current group.

Plus I think they are going to be weak on the Dline especially late in the season.

They're returning 10 defensive starters with 4 on the D-line.
They should have 1 of the best D lines in the Big12 IMO.
I hear they are switching to a 3-4 which will require some adjustment.
Why do you think the D-line will be a weak point?

Against my better judgment I'm going to predict Georgia will finish the regular season with 10 wins.  Based mainly on our talent, our schedule and the 2nd year effect.  Why not be optimistic in August?

I think the game at Auburn is trouble.  I'm also pretty sure we'll drop either the game at Tennessee or WLOCP but not both.  If we beat Florida, we go the SEC Championship.

It' Georgia, so if we go 7-5 I wouldn't be that surprised.

I agree with this mostly.  I think a 10-2 or 11-1 is probably....but 12-0 is possible.  Problem with beating Bama (and maintaining that lead) is that everyone.....EVERYONE...will bring their A-game to FSU.   It's funny how that works.  Even the worst teams can be a lot to deal with when you are on top because everyone is looking to knock you off your high-horse.

Bama and a few othes are included in that list of schools that "everyone wants to beat".

I like our chances this year.

IF>>>>>>>we play as a team and not as a bunch of individuals like last year.
