The justifications are hilarious. You just did it again. Let me explain the difference. “Fuck Lincoln Riley for leaving and taking our best players”, understandable and accurate. “Riley sucks because he can’t win game X” when your current HC gave up 49 and scored 0 vs “Venables did a hell of a job just getting bowl eligible” . No he didn’t. He lost to Tech and Baylor and West Virginia and got utterly shit on by unranked Texas. (I’ll give you TCU and KSt, those are decent teams) |

They've been a wreck going on awhile I figured he'd be going to USF but Colorado may have offered him a good chunk of money. Plus it's a bigger conference. If he has some success (and it's gonna be tough) he could use it as a stepping stone for FSU or other big program. Just a total rebuild from nothing at Colorado, tough hill to climb but if they get him NIL resources and a few years he could get them to 8 or 9 wins |

Quoted: Have you seen Bama play this year? Not even close to what they should have been. Like I said, there's no motivation for them. They're not playing for anything meaningful. So it's basically just show up for a bowl game, get the gift bags, then try again next year. Neither team is as good as they have been in recent years, IMO. That said, Bama didn’t get gutted by an unranked team. |

Bama has nothing to prove. They're not in the CFP, so they wouldn't be playing for anything meaningful. Apparently, there are some that hold Bama in higher regard than they deserve. Clemson would use that as motivation if they played. For Bama, if they don't make the CFP the season is a bust. No motivation, otherwise. They lost 3 of their 4 games to currently ranked teams which means more than whatever you're hung up on. Now the loss to Marshall is something you should get after, that's troll worthy. What the fuck are you gibbering about? I said “Clemson lost to unranked Notre Dame” to which you have now replied with “they’re ranked now” and then with the above gibberish. Which one of us is hung up on irrelevant garbage again? Clemson got ragdolled by an UNRANKED Notre Dame. Did you get drunk this morning? Sounds like your argument is gibberish so you’ve resorted to ad hominem attacks. |

Part of his success has been his son running the offense at JSU. Not having that will take some time to develop a similar talent at QB and other key positions |

Quoted: Quoted: 8 games in is an “early season ranking”? Are you on crack? To extend your logic, any ranking before the CCG is meaningless and just used to build hype. Shoot, I’ll raise you. EVERY THING ABOUT COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS MEANINGLESS AS IT IS JUST A KIDS GAME. Agreed! OHHH HE'S LOST IT! * welcome to Fansville |

Well im guessing of things play out the Rose Bowl will be PSU vs Utah

Is it just me or with the playoffs expanding to 12 are conference championships now something that could be detrimental?
Looking at last night's debacle (FCW and those USC pussies) USC played themselves out. If it was 12 they would drop from a top seed to a bottom. If TCU, MI loses today, then they would lose several positions today. Meanwhile, teams like Alabama and OSU has 2 weeks off to reset, recover, and practice (sort of like OSU has now). The only teams that would benefit are those at the 13,14, 15 spots trying to play in. Are conferences now going have to decide the champion w/o a championship game otherwise the champion and 2nd place team potentially knocked themselves out of contention? |

Quoted: Well im guessing of things play out the Rose Bowl will be PSU vs Utah View Quote Yeah. Total disaster for UW. No P12 Championship game despite having the second best record and being best of the now defunct North Division. If USC won, they would go to the playoffs and UW would go to the Rose Bowl Now: Utah to Rose USC to Holiday UW will drop to something like the Last Vegas Bowl or some shit. |

View Quote Correct Many conferences are now thinking that a conference championship will not be needed and could be detrimental to getting multiple teams in. That is why having an 8 team or 16 team playoff would be best. Champions get an automatic qualify (8team). Two teams playing for conference championship get an automatic qualify (16team). |

View Quote Rumor has it that Bryce Young and Will Anderson will sit out the bowl game (both are likely 1st-round picks for the NFL next year). Take out the best player on offense and the best player on defense, then rework the numbers. Plus, Traeshon Holden is gone (transfer portal), so that's 1 more skill position player with a decent amount of playing time that won't be there. |
