They were in there for over 2 hours and there's only a 1 min video released.
How did the video get out, I thought they all were captured or killed? |

Quoted: A lot of folks saying in this thread ISIS prefers "soft targets" so it makes sense it has to be them. I dont think a concert hall on the border of arguably the largest conflict zone in the world in a country that's in full war mode is more of a soft target than literally anywhere in France or Germany where they have ample supply of jihadis at their disposal View Quote ISIS in this case refers to ISIS-K. ISIS-K pays lip service to whomever is the current caliph of ISIS, but in reality their goals (along with equipment sources & funding channels) are completely separate. ISIS-K doesn't give a shit about Europe. They are focused on building their own caliphate with goats and opium exports in the area between the Caspian sea and China. This attack on Russia is designed to stir up sentiments in Uzbekistan, Tajikstan and muslim parts of Russia to kick the Muscovites out. |

Quoted: The apparatuses that lie about everything, they Say its ISIS. Could Russia be doing a false flag? Sure. The parties, our government, our media, putin, are all saying things that they would say if they were responsible. I think the UK press release of Kate’s cancer is awfully convenient so they of course are in the mix of possible collaborators. Who does an escalation of WWIII benefit? Pretty imortant question. It would not surprise me if our deepstate/cia orchesteated this. If they did, which is most likely I hope the water so many are carrying for them on here is really heavy. View Quote |

That doesn’t make any sense , Chechens yes What is hard to believe? Many of the ISIS corpses found after battles in Iraq and Syria were blonds and red heads ...and Chechen. We were finding dead bad guys with Chechen IDs/paperwork during OIF. The guys seem to travel where any trouble is. This. We had Chechen fighters in Ramadi killing Americans. Jihadist fuckers are going to jihad. We also had Indonesians traveling to Syria to fight for ISIS, as well as Syrians to Libya to attack our embassy. What's the surprise here? |

My guess is this was just IS carrying out a terrorist attack. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: These seem to be the current "facts" 1) 5 Muslims were contacted by someone claiming to be Muslim, they agreed to do the attack. 2) Someone supplied them with weapons, ammo, incendiary devices, vehicle inside Russia. 3) They carried out a successful attack without any police/military intervention (for 90 minutes?). 4) They almost escaped but were somehow identified and tracked down before they could get to a border. 5) They were captured alive by Chechens (who typically aren't that friendly) and they immediately explained everything. 6) Islamic State took credit for the attack and provided a photo of the attackers before the attack. 7) Putin blames Ukraine. In my opinion it's either IS got very lucky then Russian got very lucky, or it was all setup by Russia - they setup the attack, told the attackers to send the photo to IS (why?), let the attack happen without interruption, then knew exactly what car to stop to catch them and get confessions. Could be a Russian false flag, but why get ISIS to claim responsibility? That weakens their claim that Ukraine/NATO are somehow responsible. My guess is this was just IS carrying out a terrorist attack. okay, I'm going to put my own tinfoil on, since that seems to be what this thread is about. Getting patsies from IS to carry out the attack is no big deal. There is plenty of scary video from average Russians of the attack. After the attack is over, whodunnit is irrelevant. FSB already has a record of planting and fabricating evidence. Setting up the attack in the first place gives FSB the advantage in catching the perpetrators. They get to parade perpetrators before the public, showing how effective the FSB is. Planted and fabricated evidence lets them pin it on Ukraine. Does "Remember the Maine!" ring any bells? We started a war that went around the world based on an explosion the cause of which was never conclusively settled. It is not remotely beyond reason and history for FSB to have set up this attack. What does the Kremlin get out of it? Ending the last pretenses of a "special military operation" and shifting to true war. Most importantly, riling the population of the urban west of Russia who have heretofore been isolated and protected from the war. Expanding conscription to Moscow & St. Petersburg was always projected to be extremely unpopular and a potential threat to Putin's political power and possibly the continuation of the war itself. Killing a hundred of Russia's most precious and privileged population sweeps that barrier away (maybe), giving Putin the cover he needs to start mobilizing a population that had previously been completely off-limits. The army desperately needs another half-million to carry out an offensive this summer. It's almost April. After this attack, mobiks, conscripts, and deluded gung-ho volunteers from the urban west can fill out some of those new units Shoigu is standing up. We even had a thread about new Russian units and the question of "where's he going to get the men" was never answered. Here's the answer. Actually, that doesn't sound half so tin-foil as most of the stuff posted in this thread. |
