My girlfriend lives 1.1 miles away from the Vienna Beef factory (map, hours). We often go there for CHICAGO STYLE hot dogs from the employee cafeteria (open to the public!)
It's a popular place for groups of friends to gather. I wonder how many arfcommers would show up if I engaged the Penguin Signal... |

Looks good. I’m a ketchup, mustard, onions, relish, kinda guy. Even cheese makes it on mine occasionally.
I don’t get the people that don’t like this or that condiment on a food, just because it’s a traditional deal. If it tastes good, go with it! BTW, same stuff on a burger too. |

Leave it to the city that screwed up pizza to screw up a perfectly good hotdog.

You have to love Chicago, they fucked up pizza and something as simple as a hot dog. |

That green relish is frightening. Give me a Skyline or Goldstar cheese coney with mustard and onion.

I was going to say there is no such thing as a bad hot dog (as long as you don't put ketchup on it). I could be wrong. I'd give it a try but...

http://i.imgur.com/p52za.jpg Start with a good hotdog, grill it, then let it soak in a bath of melted butter and onions, put it on a good bun, and it's pretty hard to mess it up. I don't understand why ya-all have to put soooo much shit on your Hot-dogs?
