It's situational.
When I am at work, hospital, I am surrounded by whales. Not just fat women, whales. When I am at the gym, running at the park, out to eat or drink at a non-chain restaurant inside the loop, grocery shopping at Trader Joes or Whole Foods, or at church, there are very few fat whales at those places. |

I took him to a Chinese restaurant. The place was packed and every woman there was obese (except the waitresses, of course) As soon as we sat down, dad said loudly "MY GOD! LOOK AT ALL THE FAT ASSES!" Boy, if looks could kill

Breakfast 5.3ozs. yogurt 120 calories 15 carbs 1oz walnuts 185 calories 4 carbs 2oz dried cranberries 42 calories 10 carbs Lunch salad pre packaged 230 calories 8 carbs 1 serving cheese 90 calories 0 carbs 10gram Peperoni 50 calories 0 carbs Snack Protein bar 170 calories 14 carbs Dinner Healthy choice pre made No entries above 300 calories and 40 carbs but the ones I like mostly have about 270 calories >35 carbs water is what I normally drink with one cup black coffee in the morning. so an average of about 1150-1200 calories a day 75-83 carbs a day I weigh 275lbs. Have been on this diet for more than a year... but go on and tell me how much I have no self control and I just shove food down my fat mouth... Now I understand that I am the outlier but when people make snap judgments they never consider that they may be wrong...but workout and eat right and all will be well.... The average adult male needs ... Active men ages 19 and older need an average of 2,400 to 3,000 calories per day to maintain a healthy body weight, according to the USDA (See Reference 1 Page 14).
