Damnit
TMZ just reported it. It usually takes MSM a little bit to catch up. |

Tom's autopsy report shows the singer was on several pain meds, including Fentanyl patches, oxycodone, temazepam, alprazolam, citalopram, acetylfentanyl and despropionyl fentanyl. The reason doctors prescribed the meds was because of a number of medical problems, including emphysema, knee problems and a fractured hip.

That's an impressive cocktail he was on.
If all that is prescription from one or two doctors, there out to be a medical review board hearing. |

not much info. makes it sound like it might have been prescribed meds. said he was using fentanyl patches. those patches are no joke. most commonly used on terminal cancer patients after everything else stops working. i wonder if he had cancer. otherwise there was something bad wrong with him if he was using those.

That's a shame. I have fond memories of seeing him live.

The ironic thing is that everyone says that during the heyday of the Heartbreakers in the 70s and 80s he was as clean as a whistle with respect to drugs. Didn't pick up the habit until sometime in the 1990s when he went through a divorce.

I figured he was celebrating the end of his tour and went out like a reverse John Entwhistle.

View Quote doctor shopping fentanyl patches may be something that happens but thats a bit of a stretch as i would have expected oxcontin and vicodin prescriptions instead of patches. only abuse i've heard of patches is kids get used ones and jam em in their ass or vagina (and sometimes die). |

I surely thought it was going to be an accidental overdose of marijuanna. GD and Jeff Sessions has assured me that it is super dangerous and this guy sang songs about it.
