The Army pre-deployment ACOG training was inadequate to put it lightly. The gouge you sent over helped a bunch. Then I promptly gave my ACOG to my gunner and kept a CCO on my M4 the whole trip. |

Yeah I always used the PEQ or PAQ when actually doing things. Hunting with it I just used head mounted dual tubes and focused my shooting eye to the ACOG. Now I just use a clip-on thermal in front, which makes the tritium ultra irrelevant.
