OMG ... this is unbelievable
He is arguing to further impeach the credibility of his own witness, who has not yet taken the stand. Attached File For those wondering, I am not trying to pump up my post count, but, this is the only forum I can vent on. Everyone at work is a libtard. |

Witness (Abel Lazcano) needs to be advised how to answer his conviction question, Judge asked State to do it, State said, " not after accusations by the defendant."
|
|
Quoted: It really depends. They asked this on Rumble already and there is some debate if Brooks can pull that now that he is acting as his own attorney and the Prosecution has already presented its case. "The horse has left the barn" is the general consensus. View Quote Where I work, it is generally said that a defendant cannot cause his own mistrial. Just like I believe if you self represent, you lose the argument for an appeal due to ineffective counsel. |

Witness: Jason Hayes
At beginning of parade . Saw a "truck honk and Swerve" Brooks," single honk or Beep Beep?" Vehicle went around kids at start. |

If the defense council (even self represented) has a medical event during the time when a jury is in the court, they can bring that up... but, it would be a STRETCH. I think Rekietta addressed this early on. Otherwise, your fucked. |

State cross.
You remember saying a police office chased the vehicle?" "Yes" State, " did you say the vehicle accelerated?" Hayes, " yes" State, " did, you say drive was dark complected and beard?" Hayes "YES" Re direct. Brooks, " what do you consider dark ..?" Hayes, " I don't know." |

Is there evidence that Brooks was dropped on his head at birth? I think I notice a scar on his scalp.
|
|
State, " watched near curry insurance? ... what group?"
Alan, " don't know the group." State," remember it being more than one?" Alan, "As it was coming through it was just plowing everyone out of the way." Exhibit 65 displayed. |

The Hair Dresser may not be the perfect witness for the Prosecution, but the Hair Dresser is most definitely NOT a witness for the defense.
The longer Brooks questions him, the less impact these statement have. |

Witness: Kathleen Yourell
Family with 4 children injured in Waukesha Christmas parade to host blood drive WAUKESHA, Wis. — Four children from the same family were injured in the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy, and now the Yourell family has a plan to give back. In the wake of the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy that left six people dead and dozens injured, one affected family is hosting a blood drive next week as a way of giving thanks. Advertisement "I know that it's important for the people that need blood," 9-year-old parade survivor Grayson Yourell said. "Was one of those people you?" WISN 12 News reporter Nick Bohr asked. "Yeah," parade survivor Grayson said. Grayson was the most seriously injured of the four Yourell children. He had a broken arm and compound femur break that led to grave blood loss. It was here on Main Street, all four kids were with the Xtreme Dance Team, two of them dancing, the other two giving out candy when they were hit. Two of them, don't even remember it. "All I remember was it was my first time being in a parade. We handed out about three buckets full of candy," Grayson said. Vivian Yourell, 7, doesn't remember dancing in the parade, just waking up at Children's Wisconsin with head injuries and later going to a different room there to see her brother.] "I went into Grayson's room at the hospital and said hi," Vivian said. Alice Yourell, 11, had a head injury and seven broken bones. "I remember my dad coming over saying are you OK, and I was like go to the younger kids because I was more worried about them than me," Alice said. Charlotte Yourell, 15, who is still healing from spine and knee injuries, thought of organizing a blood drive. She is grateful to see her brother back on his feet after a long recovery. "I think that my whole family has taken this very well, I think we've all healed in a way that's very positive," Charlotte said. "This is an avenue that we can thank the community and ensure that there's blood out there for the unfortunate circumstances like when Grayson needed it," mom Kathy Yourell said. The Red Cross Blood Drive in Grayson's honor will be Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church on Davidson Road in Brookfield. The day will include performances by the Catholic Memorial and Premier dance teams and coupons for free Culver's. Son had an "open compound facture of the femur"
State, "office saved his life by placing a tourniquet on his leg?" "Yes" |

Brooks, " today the first timer bringing up your alleged injury?"
" No it is not" subpoena in july I talked to the DA office rep when I showed up today. "Never been in a trial." " it attempted to strike someone, the officer had to get out of the way" " Brooks, " why did yo mention Brooks?" Witness ??? |

So, he just ruined her career just to appease his petty narcissistic ego.

Brooks, " when did you come to know that name?"
It was on the subpoena I received last week." Brooks want to know more about the July subpoena. |

State " your kids ages ?"
" 3& 6" Brooks told to sit...... State, " Where did you watch from " Main and white rock" State " were there barricades on Pleasant street?" " Yes, but they could been gone around" |

Hope nobody loses their cool with him so he has 0 grounds of mistrial. Wish Wisconsin had a death penalty.

Almost every question of the prosecution is objected to by Brooks.

While he has a right to defend himself, something doesn't feel right about him attacking the witness he called to the stand. Also why the fuck did he ask about the one guy who had 7 criminal offenses? It had nothing to do with the trial or his line of questioning, just made the dude embarrassed.
|
|
The Jury is now laughing AT him, not WITH him.
Attached File The Judge is now taking the gloves off and is going to dress him down like the bitch he is. Lets just hope she doesn't lose her cool. Some of his shit can be laughed off as stupidity/ignorance. This was being an asshole to both the witness and the Judge - She can shred him for it. |

Brooks, " what other details do you not recall?"
State laugh, object. Brook" you recall what you want and dont ... " State Badgering, JUDGE LOOSES IT. Brooks, "How are you even a Judge." |
