Something I didn't catch, but, when the silent video of the kids getting run over and the people flying off the hood of the car was played, it sounds like some of the jurors were crying/weeping.
The evidence they asked to see is rather interesting... the 4 things sent back for review already are NOT what brooky would want them to see again. I'm mildly hopeful they return guilty on all counts tomorrow morning.  Attached File |

For the poll, Im calling noon simply because the judge specified 30-60 minutes notice of verdict, and they are going to find not guilty on one minor count (to be semi-randomly chosen tomorrow morning) so that they may keep the appearance of deliberation.
I'd be thrilled if he gets all 70-something barrels, and in light of the subreddit being deleted entirely, that may be possible. I am far more interested to see if his pathological personality becomes belligerent or complacent with the guilty verdicts. |

Not Guilty, on account of Wypipo are the devil, and suspect didn't get enough hugs growing up, thus affecting his medulla oblongata. Any one of his peers (multi felon, abuser, drug user) in a similar situation would have done the exact same thing to those Whyte devil's. Marching band must pay for damages that their playing in a roadway caused to that nice man's Ford Escape.
Nice man's record expunged so he can run for Congress. There is a part of me that wishes all that progressive BS were true, so he can walk a free man, in Minecraft |

Jury Deliberations started. Brooks, still concerned about reddit post. Concerned he was the last to know about reddit post. Wants alternatives, to Reddit issue. Brooks wants to look at a mistrial. Brooks used the law library, us v perez us 579, manifest necessity. Brown v rustin, 572f.3d 198....... several more.. Dealing with a tainted jury. Brooks thinks reddit issue is true. Judge, " what is your request?" Brooks, " to look at mistrial or discharge of the Jury.... this could start like a snow ball and grow." State: " the only person that can modify a post is the original poster.. The Juror had no devices with them." Brooks, " they used the word "we", that would be plural... clearly this person is close to this case...." " now it's being called a prank. Is that because they were found out?" " this is obviously not a prank.. it is obvious to me." |
