If you don't have time to make breakfast every morning, bake an egg casserole so you can just throw a slice in the microwave on the way out the door.

Carbs/Sugar....essentially the same.  Load up on the protein.  Ditch the chex mix, ice cream, bread and pasta.  Add more meat, cheese, eggs, etc.

It's not just the carrots, corn and peas are not good either. Also OP way too many carbs. Pasta and cereal = No Bueno.

After losing weight 100lbs in a year, I’d say good for you on making the choice to take control.

I’d also say, as they guy who’s lost 100lb in the last year, eat steak. They are not “played”.







Eat nothing but steak for a month and see what happens.
