Some Chex mix, a coffee, grapefruit juice, a fist full of spaghetti, tiny chicken breast, some kind of salad and I think a couple spoonfuls of ice cream?

Fuck, my two year old eats that much and he's two.

Whats your take on the nutritional balance of what he has posted?

The high carb "western" diet that we were all raised on is a major reason why our country is as fat as it is.

Macronutrient ratios aside (everybody is going to argue over this - it's just how it is), you're obviously eating relatively few calories relative to your (presumed) weight. As such, there's little doubt in my mind that you will shed pounds over time if you keep it up.

Question: Can you eat like this consistently for the rest of your life? Do you have to consciously fight feelings of hunger to pull this off, or do you feel perfectly satiated most of the day?

I've been stuck in the 230-232 lbs range for about 6 months, after coming down from about 265 lbs a year and a half ago.  So, pretty used to light eating, but this is a new low.  This is a push to get to 220 lbs.  Last Saturday weigh-in, I was at 230.2 lbs  I'm in pretty good shape (have hit the gym regularly for over a year) just trying to shed some love handles and gut.  I am 6'-5" tall.

I think his Dad, Marty will take care of all that, Mavis its Mom will take care of the rest.  I have not seen it in person except yesterday at 400 yards and running away, I could not sex the new foal. It may be a colt or a filly.  I will ask it eventually what it identifies as when it is old enough.

Everything about being healthy, including eating and working out is about self control. For breakfast oatmeal with a banana and some sort of eggs is hard to beat. Gives you carbs for energy and should be eating protein at every meal. Lunch wise something like fajitas are good and dinner lean meat with potato. Really if you stick to lean meat and veggies your going to be money. Toss in a little fruit to kill the sweetness cravings.

Uh. You are not in good shape at that height and weight. You will be in even worse shape at 220. Too damn skinny. Lift heavy. Get some muscles. Get swole.

Sub asks a very good question. Do you fight hunger? I think carbs are great and do not demonize them, but I also think that eating like you’re eating would make me miserable because my belly would never get full.

So 1500 calories a day of gummy worms is better than 2000 calories of chicken, eggs, and vegetables? Calories are calories, right?
