Haven’t had St Louis or Detroit. Good NYC pizza makes the best of California pale in comparison amd really Italian food in general. Las Vegas is better than I expected. Chicago definitely good.

I'm a native NYer so I'm biased. NY pizza by a mile. I loathe the Chicago stuff - it's casserole.
It's hard to get good NY pizza here so I've been working on making my own. This was from around Christmas this year - the topping arrangement was an attempt at holly and garland LOL.

I’m from St. Louis. Lived here my whole life except for college. I cannot emphasize this enough. Fuck St Louis style pizza with every fiber of my being. I hate that cardboard they call crust and that coagulated semen they call cheese.
I’d rather someone give me paper cuts on both my eyeballs and my peehole, then starve to death and vote democrat the rest of eternity than eat that shit. |
