Quoted: This type of training is becoming more of a thing now. I’m seeing more and more CQC / CQB weapons training, now with shoot or “kill” houses. I’ve done some small shoot houses with a pistol and frangible ammo and force on force with simunition. If you could pick anything, what’s your CQB primary weapon of choice? Is the AR pistol/SBR still king here or would you go with something else? Most important factors to me would be reliability and low recoil for effective follow up shots. I want a Genesis Arms Gen12 12 gauge.

My SBR AR not suppressed/no go if I can help it.
I live out in.the boonies. Honestly I grab the 357 lever gun |

A Sig MPX suffices for my small house and small yard. I'll get something with more pep in its step as soon as I win the lottery and can afford more land.

Honest answer: shorty AR and earpro.
Fedboi answer: several pounds of high explosives strategically placed behind bags of roofing nails and detonated via a single clacker Speed |

I live in an area that is wooded, somewhat secluded. I use a double barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house. Buy a shotgun.

I don't understand the scenario.
Something I already own? Do laws still apply? Do I get ammo? If someone else is paying for it and local laws don't apply....that changes things. Honey Badger (suppressed)? IWI X95 300BLK SBR (suppressed)? Glock 18? (I don't even like Glocks) If it something from my own stash? I'm working on three main AR pistols right now. 7.5" (for backpack), 9" (for HD), and 10.5" (for SHTF) 300blk. It would be one of those...along wit my Shield 9mm. |

I have a ton of pcc sbrs.. I’d probably still go with my KAC QCB mod 2 suppressed

11.5" AR (T2+ 3x and X300U) with a can and a G19 9mm. It just comes down with what you're familiar with.

I’d stuff a frag grenade down my pit bull’s mouth, shout “defenseless baby!” at the intruder, and watch the ensuing shenanigans.
