You would if you had been involved in the early days. Paid memberships allowed the forum to get the foundation to build the prominent firearms site. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I can’t understand why anyone pays in the first place. I had a membership and other than a couple more forums available to me ( That I never read ) I saw no real benefit. They make plenty of money off of advertising and industry partners. Paid memberships allowed the forum to get the foundation to build the prominent firearms site. I no longer see the benefit or get the same good vibes as those days. Feels kinda like donating to the NRA. |

If it goes up I won't renew. Pretty simple.
I enjoy the site, but there was life before Arfcom and it will continue after. |
|
Probably go without for a little bit, then get too annoyed at the lack of green arrows and reevaluate. Same as every year. :)

I’m pretty sure I’ve paid here almost since the beginning.
The place does seem different though. Might just be perception not sure. I don’t know where else I’d go though. |
|
Lol nothing!
Pretty satisfied with the free experience. Can't complain. |

When memberships were first offered here there was only 1 option, and that one was $60 a year.

. Point and laugh. But you never know... new owners might not honor old life memberships... "the old site is dead - long live the new site." View Quote If that happens, they’ll have to rely on advertising dollars. I’m not going to line Brownell’s pockets. There will be many new members who will, though, I’m sure. |

Never have paid for myself and never will.
Have been gifted a membership twice and felt it wasnt worth it. To clear the debt I felt I owed I bought memberships twice for others. Never knew if they felt it was worth it. |

This site is a business.... I no longer like the paid product, (horrible biased mods) so FUCK NO... If they ditch the tarded ones i'll go back to paying... Even a bit more... If not.. their site their rulez...........

I have said in the past the membership here could suck the fun out of an all you can shoot free machinegun shoot. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

Depends on how much more "jacks up the membership fee" turns out to be.
Unless my math is horrendously off at present a bronze level membership works out to an unreasonable seven cents per day. This is truly an outrage. I_AM_OUTRAGED!!!!!! |

After the shenanigans with the London police having a post removed, then edited, something drastic would have to happen.
See my sig line... |

I think it's a little ridiculous having to buy a membership to have basic forum functions other forums, even paid tier forms give for free(avatar, subs, jump to last read) |

Was thinking about not paying when this membership expires anyways. ARFCOM isn't what it used to be. Nobody is going to white knight this hard for me when I get banned. |

The entertainment alone from all the bitching and moaning and conspiracy theories than run amuck here is well worth the $0.27/day that I pay for membership. Would gladly pay more, lol.

I will be moving on soon enough anyway. 17 years is quite some time. Life goes on and new adventures call.

Keep paying as long as I get enjoyment from the site
This outrage keeps up, it’ll be a long time |

Can the new management be any worse than the old management that allowed "the list"?
That's when I quit renewing my membership. |
