Current production? Probably just a Mare's Leg or maybe a dressed up Ruger MK-x
Available? Old top breaks (especially Webleys), broomhandles, lugers
Not so available but the absolute definition? Mars Automatic, Bergmann, C93, Frommer Stop, Webley auto revolver, pepperbox

Good cyberpunk kinda gun - I think they're a steal at the $200 they seem to go for - 6" might be better than that 4" and you can get various colored grips from Beretta to jazz it up a bit more. Do check on the recall and go with the deluxe grips if you go that route.

Chiappa Rhino immediately came to mind. Broomhandle Mauser and Lugers would also be good. Something that might fit that I don't think anyone has mentioned yet is those helical mag Calico monstrosities. As long as reliability is of no concern.

Doesn't quite fit the OP's criteria but this has to be one of the most steampunk of all pistols. Luger P08 Nachtpistole. That's a crude flashlight on the barrel.

The Chiappa Rhino is Cyberpunk, not steampunk.

Cyberpunk = edgy / futuristic style (Rhino's, Five Seven's, RDS Pistols, etc)

Steampunk = 19th century / early 20th century alternate history (Mauser broomhandles, Webley's, pepper box's, brass fitings).
