Trip while putting on your damn pants like I did this morning. Banged my knee into the floor hard.

Man the fuck up. I spend every day in pain and I don't start threads whining about it.

Just look at it as an investment opportunity....... cause it WILL get worse!

Life IS pain highness. Anyone saying differently is selling something.

Do you think you pulled a muscle or did it feel more serious? Like something important tore?

Back problem? I've heard os a lot of back injuries for what you'd consider minor stuff. Moving wrong taking off a jacket isn't an unheard of cause.

Quoted: Honestly, the best thing IS lifting free weights. But not just in short linear motions, A.K.A. gym workout. Get a weekend job landscaping: digging holes for 3 foot tree root balls ect, not planting flowers. Get a part time job unloading tractor trailers for UPS: lots of arm, leg, and back exercises. Get paid doing a job you have to show up to, or pay big to join a cross-fit gym you wont go to. View Quote Lol |

I sneezed so hard the other day I farted and every joint in my body from my neck to my ankles hurt for like an hour. Has this happened to anyone?

Pain is a companion that reminds you that you are still alive.

Are you close to 50 years old? If so, I understand completely!

I was typing on my laptop this afternoon and felt something pop in my neck. Now I can’t turn my head. I’m falling apart.

View Quote For me it was a coughing fit last night. Coughing and farting. As far as pain goes I hurt so much and so often that I can't tell you what causes it. Maybe breathing I don't know. |

What kind of pain? I've had a history of back and neck spasms that are incredibly painful, and they usually seem to be triggered by random minor bullshit. I shit you not, Midol helps a ton when that happens. Leftover prescription painkillers wouldn't touch it, but Midol fixed it right up.

You're in your 20's, right?
If you're hurting now, you'll be hurting from now on. |

Quoted: my hands now hurt View Quote Tomorrow at work look around. How many old guys do you see? What are they doing every day? Mechanic work is hard on you so get a plan in place like taking over the service managers job or something. Same thing happens with roofers, concrete guys etc. Use your knowledge and let your tired bones rest. Retiring doing that kind of labor is RARE. ETA invest aggressively now while you are young. Get that money working for you. |

I remember Bill Cosby talking about the wonders of Midol as a pain reliever in one of his comedy albums from back in the 70s. Seriously though, can you describe the pain? I'm only a graduate of a two tech schools and the University of Bro Science, so take any of my medical advice with a grain of salt. I stand by my Midol suggestion if it is a back or neck spasm. If it is joint pain, CBD would be worth a try. It is potentially risky if you get drug tested. "They" say zero THC, but I wouldn't risk a career on that claim. If you feel a tingling or burning sensation, see a professional. |
