In the Navy we had a piece of shit E-6 that on his duty days would wait in ships berthing for junior sailors to come back shitfaced and then start issues with them. He honestly got away with it for months. Had Multiple young sailors put on restriction. Before the command finally told him to knock it off. That scum bag was a warrant officer last I knew. |
